Style: Robot Mower, Grass Trimmer & 2 Batteries

Features

  • OPTICAL NAVIGATION TECHNOLOGY: Take the guess work out of yard work. Our robot mower uses sensors and a wide angle, high dynamic range camera to identify grass even under extreme contrast lighting situations to allow the robot to navigate around your lawn efficiently.
  • OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE: Two ultrasonic sensors detect obstacles and automatically re-direct the robot mower to avoid obstacles as small as 6-inches
  • NO GO FUNCTION: Use the included 33-feet of magnetic wires to create a virtual fence within your yard. Set up is easy with no power source or digging required and prevents the robot mower from entering any forbidden areas.
  • INCLUDES: Robot mower, 10-inch cordless grass trimmer, 2 x MX 24V MAX* batteries, 24V battery charger, 33-feet of magnetic strip, 12 x magnetic strip pegs and extra 3pcs blades
  • DROP AND MOW: There is no need for an outdoor power socket, boundary wire, or app setup. Simply set the robot mower on an appropriately sized lawn, push the start button, and let it get to work.
  • FOR BEST RESULTS: A clearly defined edge around the full perimeter of your lawn is required to prevent the mower from leaving the grass. Adjustment of the lawn edges may be required. As with other robot mowers, a grass trimmer is needed to trim the lawn edges.
  • CORDLESS GRASS TRIMMER: Features a 10-inch cutting width with adjustable assist handle for advanced user comfort. The trimmer has an auto line feed, 5-position pivoting head and 90 rotating shaft for manicuring edges or tight areas with precision.
  • CLIMB UP TO 35% (19) SLOPE: Deep tread wheels and powerful drive system grips slopes to handle complex lawns
  • * Maximum initial battery workload voltage (measured without a workload) is 24 volts. The nominal voltage is 21.6 volts. Robot runtime is based on the time for the included battery to deplete with no load and will vary depending on use case. *Note: Mowing up to 4000 sq ft requires additional charging. Battery must be fully recharged to resume operation

  • Great combo for what it is supposed to do; delivered in time to Singapore
Style: Robot Mower, Grass Trimmer & 2 Batte...
I needed a robot mower for my home in Singapore, to mow a small front yard, right around 1000 sq ft. I didn't want a mower that I needed to park (and charge while) on the lawn, and I also didn't want a guidewire leading from my large patio to the front yard. Here in Singapore, it's not really necessary to mow a lawn more than 1-2 a month, so just keeping it in my storage shed would suffice. This Ocumow is the most basic one, sometimes referred to as the VBRM601YCM, and also sometimes referred to as the "200 Series" robot mower. It works very well, for what it is supposed to do. I put it on the grass, hit a few buttons, and it randomly criss-crosses across my yard. The mowing height is very reliable. I set it at 2" and it is giving a great uniform cut. The only sound coming out of it is the blades cutting the grass; it is extremely whisper-quiet. The first time I ran the robot, it had to tackle some very tall grass, around 7" tall. I wouldn't recommend expecting it to tackle that, but mine managed to charge through over some time. When tackling that kind of tall grass, the fully charged battery ran out in about 3 hours. But as is mentioned in reviews online, when this robot mower is just maintaining your yard, and doesn't have to tackle tall grass, the battery can last for 4.5 to 5 hours on a single charge. I have owned this robot mower now for just a few weeks, but it appears to be very durable. The only comment I've read online is that some say that I may need to replace the blades after a year or so of use. The robot mower came with the grass trimmer, which is definitely good enough. This combo comes with 2 batteries, and the batteries charge pretty quickly, and fit really easily into both the machines. If you are in Singapore, and are tired of mowing your lawn in hot and humid weather, this is a good package to pick up from this Amazon listing. ... show more

  • Good mower. Would be great with a software upgrade.
Style: Robot Mower
This mower works well, but it needs a software update. It either mows in a circular pattern (think Roomba) or in a random pattern. It only goes a few circles and then switches automatically to random mowing mode. If the circular mowing pattern would continue until it encountered an obstacle or change of terrain, it would mow better. Because of this, it leaves patches of unmown grass on the lawn. I have a small lawn and one charge allows it to cover the lawn several times but it never manages to get the entire lawn done. It does, however, recognize the sidewalk, edging, and changes in terrain very well. I have landscaping in the front yard that is bordered just by mulch and the mower stops before entering the mulch and goes in a different direction. When it does occasionally get stuck, it figures out how to remove itself from being trapped and continues. The magnetic strip that comes with the mower is not nearly long enough to block off the mower from entering my neighbor's yard and I had to buy a second strip. It does recognize the magnetic strip well and never passes it. It doesn't get close enough to the edges of any part of the yard, though, and stops about 3-4" from any change in terrain. This means I have to mow the perimeter of the lawn. Overall, it's a very good little mower, taking about 90 minutes to mow my lawn on one charge. It could be better. ... show more

  • great for fenced yards
Style: Robot Mower
i've also used landroid and mowro. honestly this is a great option for the price if you're okay with manually starting it, and you can keep it contained. i use it in my fenced-in yard so i don't have to deal with the magnetic boundary strip or convincing it to cross the sidewalk. it does a great job. i just pop the battery in and turn it on about twice a week. oddly the battery seems to die right outside my door most days so i don't have to go hunting for it to get the battery out and put it away. sometimes it will miss a section of grass near the edge long enough that it starts to think that the grass there is too tall to cut, but that's fairly rare and quick to fix with a manual mower or trimmer. for my front yard, i use a boundary-wire robot so that it can cross the sidewalk, but not into my neighbor's yard. for that use-case, i would definitely recommend landroid over mowro. although honestly the virtual-boundary units are getting good an cheap these days. i think if i bought a new mower today i would try the segway model. ... show more

  • go with another brand
Style: Robot Mower, Grass Trimmer & 2 Batte...
So I love my first experience of watching a robot do my grass while I do other things. But I need a LOT more magnetic wire. The website shows it but you can't buy it. Amazon has it but you can only pre-order for sometime mid july. I finally got a live voice with customer service at Lawnmaster and they know absolutely nothing, put me on hold, refused to continue our conversation til I can find the product number of the magnetic strips and can't even answer the question of whether there is any universal wire that will work. So now I get to purchase something that I don't know will work and have something else to return that was a scam. So end result, the customer service person kept telling me that there is no way anyone with lawnmaster can find out what kind of universal wire can be used with this thing. Trust me go elsewhere ... show more
