Exactly what I needed. I used to use a hydraulic jack to lift up the back of the Cub Cadet riding mower to clean the underside but it was unstable and hard to reach everything. This lifts up the mower sideways and makes it easier to clean. I use my electric drill to raise and lower it - very fast. For the price, you can't beat this. I can't speak for durability but it works great so far. Mine came already assembled, so that was nice!

I own a Cub Cadet XT1 LT46 46" garden tractor. It is a bit wider and heavier than many riding mowers. I needed a way to work on the mowing deck, remove the blades for sharpening, and such. This RovVanc medium lift jack is perfect for accessing the blades for maintenance. While it is quite stable, you might notice in my photos that I also use a safety jack on the front wheel. Assembly is fairly easy and straightforward. The jack comes with two methods of raising the tractor. A hand crank and a hex crank designed to use a battery drill. I use the hex crank with my battery drill. That works perfectly. Easy up and easy down. My Cub Cadet just fits into this medium jack. I'm fairly certain that the smaller jack would be too small. Overall, this is a strong, stable, and well-designed jack. It meets my needs, and it is worth every penny I spent for it. I am confident it will give me many years of use.

if you are not a mechanical engineer you will have a very hard time putting this together, directions suck at best on line directions are worthless, holes don't line up had to drill them some had burs inside the hole had to be reamed, shaft that holds the jack to the frame has to be fed through holes in the frame to get to the bracket then the clips for the end of the shaft are junk when spread to fit on shaft in the grove they are now over sized and so out of shape they won't stay in the grove so go to the hardware store and buy good ones. unit is very hard to move and store must be used on hard ground or cement surface. so if your mower breaks down on grass you will have to push it to a solid surface. I have a harbor freight floor jack that works better than this lift.

I would highly recommend this item. This Lift Jack made it so easy to raise my lawn mower up so I could change the blades? It is very easy to use and only takes about 10 to 15 seconds to raise or lower. Please use a block or jack stands for safety.

Bought this for my Cub Cadet 54 inch ride on lawn mower so that I do not have to keep removing the deck to change out the blades or clean under the deck and to assist in oil changes. The lift was easy to put together and I like that it is collapsible so that it doesn't take up much room when I am not using it. The lift itself it well built and was able to lift my lawn mower without feeling like it was unsteady. My only complaint is that the handle is very wobbly so it can make rotating the handle to lift the mower rather difficult.
