The media could not be loaded. I always try to my supplies stocked and of course, the day after I file a claim to return the maintence box is when i need to replace it. So no refund or return and neither of the maintenence boxes would work on my printer. I keep getting a maintenence box error saying it can't be found. I have ordered these twice now for my converted Epson et8550 for dtf. There is lots of print head cleanings and cliffs with converted printers and these are just plug and go replacements for the maintenance box they work the same as the one that came with the printer
