I would like for this lift to raise a little higher. Even using this lift, I still have to crawl under it to remove blades for sharpening. I then had to crawl back under the mower to reinstall the blades. Some of the pictures used to describe the lift are misleading in how high the mower is raised. Scraping the caked on grass from under the deck also required me to crawl under the mower. Anyone using this lift MUST secure the mower to the lift. I used a rachet tie down. An unexpected plus was an included scraper.

Assembly instructions need to be a lot clearer. There are some parts that are not even mentioned in the written instructions nor seen in the pictures. So we were left trying to hunt down a video to find out what to do with those parts. We still haven't figured out how to attach the so called safety chain. The pictures only show how it is supposed to wrap around one of the metal bars but never shows or explains what the loose end of the chain is supposed to attach to and the chain is waay too short to reach anything once it's wrapped around the metal bar. PLEASE make your pictures and written instructions way clearer. We wasted so much time trying to figure out all out.

I have a 54” zero turn mower whose deck maintenance I’ve neglected for too long. I needed a way to get under there easily and safely. I looked around on Amazon and the prices of the other lifts were CRAZY. Plus, I kind of liked the design of this one so decided to give it a try. Assembly is short and sweet, it’s not a lot of parts at all and takes about 5 minutes to have it up and running. First time using it I had no mower on it, just practiced lifting up and down to see how it works. I placed my mower on it on a level section of my driveway and up it went. It’s not difficult to lift, I just used my impact driver. Once up in the air, I secured it extra safely with one ratchet strap just because it can’t hurt. I got my pressure washer and went to tower on the caked in grass and mud. It worked perfectly. If you’re looking for something to lift a mower or anything small like a lawn mower, give this one a shot. Hope this helps!

It works ok, wish they would have provided straps to go around the tires, I use jack stands to provide more stability.
