These are literally the WORST pillows I have ever owned. For all the positive reviews I read here before buying, I can only imagine that the product I received was NOT the same one that those people did. Since the stores are closed and we are not going out for too the COVID-19 shutdown, I ordered 2 pillows that were delivered April 7th, 2020. At the time of this writing, May 30th, 2020, I really need to buy new pillows, and have for about a month. Within a little over a week, they started to become lumpy and bumpy to such a degree that it is clearly visible even through the pillowcase (see photos). They are terribly uncomfortable and look hideous. It would probably be about equally as attractive and comfortable to stuff a pillowcase with rags. If I wasn’t so angry about wasting money I would order new pillows, but I am a thrifty person and can’t really stand the thought of spending more money on something I just ordered new less than 2 months ago. Plus I am now concerned about ordering pillows online of this is what they are like. However, once the stores open back up I will be replacing these worthless wastes of my money. ... show more

the pillow is made in China (not listed as such) it comes in a rolled up vacuumed bag. When you unroll the bag and open it, the pillow remains flat. I had to shake it around to get air back in it. Once I leaned back on the pillow, it returned to a flat, uncomfortable thing that cannot be called a pillow. Go to WalMart and buy a real pillow from China for $4 or go to Bed Bath and Beyond and spend $15 on a twp pack of American made pillows I added a picture of how it is delivered. I was skeptical when I first saw it because it was so flat. However after reading the instructions on the packet, I ceased relieved. As soon as I took it out the plastic and shook it. The pillow became more fluffy they like their gift.

So far, so good! We've had them a couple weeks now and they're keeping their shape pretty well, but I can see they may end up getting a little lumpy as other reviews have mentioned. They're really soft but still supportive, which I have always had difficulty finding in a down alternative pillow, so that's a winner in my book. They may not be the world's most luxurious pillows, but at a $12.99 price point, it's pretty unlikely that would be an expectation.
