These are very pretty but do not keep you warm! For this price, I would expect them to work. Don’t waist your time and it will cost you $150 to return them. Go get the ones from Sam’s or Costco for $100. Those work way better.

    • KEEPS SHUTTING OFF
Hard to ignite. Once pilot light does catch, pain in the ass to stay on, then fire stays on for 30 second and goes off. Been working on this for 2 days now. No support to call, and after the 2 hours it takes to put together, I’m not about to break it down and put it back in the box. Guess I’ll grab some wood from my backyard and light a fire the natural way. Do not buy this headache. ... show more
