Initially, I thought it was tinted lotion when I made the purchase, but it turns out it is foundation. I normally don’t wear heavy makeup or foundation, so I was a little bummed when I got it. I decided to try it anyways. I like it because it is so lightweight to where I cannot feel that I have any makeup on my face, even at the end of the day when you can normally feel the heaviness of the make up, this foundation doesn't give you that yucky/heavy/crusty feel.
