I absolutely love this marshmallow-scented makeup setting spray! It’s become my go-to, and I use it all the time. It works beautifully on my sensitive skin without causing irritation, and it really helps my makeup stay put, even if I get a little sweaty throughout the day so its quality is top tier! This actually works! I tried Urban Decay setting spray about 5 years ago and then tried another one and none seemed to do what they say they will. This one goes on so well and lightly, making everything stay in place without leaving weird spots and essentially “moving” all day along with the makeup underneath. I’m impressed and feel like I’ve been missing out now that I understand there ARE setting sprays that actually work. I love this product and am a lifetime customer …and it smells AMAZING!

Friends, this is my go to setting spray because it actually WORKS. Unfortunately, this summer I ran out and decided to try a different brand. On days where it was 85 degrees and above, my face was like nothing but an oil slick and greasy. It's like, just when you think you are looking cute, you look in the mirror and realize you have enough oil on your face to help moisturize ashy knuckles or ashy ankles. 😮💨 That's why I decided to come right back to Amazon and order this NYX Matte Finish Fini because it NEVER fails friends. And what's worse, is that people don't tell you that you are looking that greasy. Come on now!😮💨 For me, using this setting spray is one of the easiest things about my beauty routine. It dries fast, the scent is decent and nothing offensive, it's easy to use and it has a very reasonable price point. My skin doesn't feel sticky after using it which is also a PLUS. I'm not saying I'm trying to look casket ready to go on and meet the lord everyday, but I do love a nice matte look when I wear my makeup.😌 This setting spray always brings my makeup together in the heat to make sure I look snatched all the way up through out the day. I tried another product and it didn't work. Surprise surprise. I will be sticking with NYX from here on out. You've got my loyalty. P.S. The only thing I would seriously prefer is some type of safety plastic or sticker or something to let consumers know whether or not a product has been tampered with or not. A safety seal is important for products like this. Not just a easily removal plastic cap. But an actual safety seal. Anyway, that's my two sense.

I have combination skin, super oily but can also get dry when I use retinol (but ALWAYS) oily, textured, large pores, acne scarring, acne prone, sensitive skin. My skin get oily within an hour of makeup application so I always buy setting spray in the hopes that it will help. I bought the NYX Matte Setting Spray to see if it would help and this is my honest review. It is a fair price, sprays pretty evenly (occasionally get big globs that spray out but it mostly mists fine), it's odorless, doesn't make my sensitive skin react, doesn't flare up my acne, dries quickly and completely, doesn't leave any noticeable residue behind and feels light on my skin. Did this work for me? No. I didn't notice a difference. There is only ONE setting spray that I have ever used that has shown me results (Charlotte Tilbury). This was just snake oil. My face wasn't any more matte using this and my oily skin still made my makeup cake/smear. I still used the whole bottle clinging to the hope that it was doing something but honestly, I don't think this was it for me. If you have truly oily skin like me, I wouldn't recommend this setting spray for noticeable results.. I'm giving it 3 stars because it didn't cause any problems with my skin, but it also didn't set my makeup or mattify my skin. Hope this helps!

This is my go to make up setting spray. I have oily skin and it sets my makeup flawlessly and last four hours. It has virtually no smell and is lightweight and dries to a matted finish. If you’re oily girl like me, you’ll definitely wanna give this one a try.
