Some areas of the tablet did not respond to finger touch commands. There was sometimes a lag on the touch commands, where dragging the item would occur after you made the command. It is a bargain tablet but it should still have basic working features. Ended up returning.

10-19-2024: Almost two months later - I raised my rating to a 4. It should be a 4-, but that option isn't offered. I like this little tablet, and use it mainly for reading - Kindle, online newpapers, etc. It works just fine for that. The graphics are good and for simple stuff like email, reading etc. there's good value for the money. I'm noting that today the tablet is on sale here in Amazon for $69. Could have waited and saved big $$$! I did finally find a cover here on Amazon and it was the best part of the process - it's been a gem! As other reviewers have noted the tablet is slow and glitchy. If you are the impatient type, the slow startup will be annoying and the tablet sometimes glitches on startup. You'll get an error message that asks you if you want to wait, or close out the tablet or the app. Finally, the antenna is weak. Stay close to your router. 8-29-24: Almost two weeks later, - heard from the seller today. They (nicely) offered a refund, which I didn't accept as the unit is working fine so far so I added a star back. My question was: where to buy a cover? This is an off-brand tablet, so finding a cover can pose a challenge. We'll see how it goes... First review: Easy set up, and is still working a week later. It's a nice design and light weight. The little user manual invites customers to send an email if questions arise, so I did. Crickets......3 points deducted for no response from the manufacturer. What I'd still like to know is where to buy a cover for this tablet. Anyone know what will fit? ... show more
