  • Fun piece
Nice starter table for the grandkids. Easy assembly and even fun for the adults.

  • Great for honing your skills
It took me about thirty (30) minutes to assemble. I use this pool board several times a day for practicing shots. There are two (2) negatives, the first is that the ball does not rebound from the bands as in the standard size pool table and secondly one (1) of the cue sticks has a serious flaw. Otherwise it is a great purchase. ... show more

  • Nice little pool table!
The media could not be loaded. Pretty good deal, folks. For a little over $100 (and considering the competition's price was at least twice that) I'm very happy with this purchase. The ball set is a solid composite material. Nice. Basic pool table felt you'd find most anywhere. Cues are solid but do not have a tip (think "end of a tiny broomstick") and they are shaped pretty flat. If you're a "player-player" , buy a kiddie cue with a tip to go with this table. But the table is small enough that the tip doesn't matter really. If you're not a regular player, the cuesticks (2) that come with are totally fine. The set had everything you need to play a game in a couple of minutes. The brush to sweep the felt was a nice touch. There aren't diamonds on the rails so if you're a pool player (like me) who wants to teach the littles an easy banking or kicking system, you're out of luck, unless you draw them on or use decals or something. This table has adjustable footings to level the table...again, nice feature considering the price. But I suggest you make sure you have a level on-hand during set up because the littles can't make balls if the balls don't roll right! Overall, this was a best value purchase. A little better shaping on the cue tips, diamond decals on the rails, and a tiny level included with the set would get the full she-bang 5-star from me. 4star for now. Shoot straight, y'all! S. • pretty nice for the price
I enjoy having the mini pool table and don't regret the $100, but to do it again I'd spend more on a nicer one. The good: * Looks and feels like a quality product * The legs have adjustable feet so I can make it level if the floor isn't. * It folds up compactly for storage/transport * It's small enough to fit in my apartment without consuming the entirety of my living/dining room, while being big enough it doesn't feel like a cheep kids' toy. Complaints: * The pool cues have dents in them, like the wood had been hit with a hammer and compressed (not snapped or cracked though). This means I have to try to align the cue just right, so the dents don't throw off my aim when they slides over my finger and jostle the cue when shooting. * Folding it up requires removing 4 screw-pins, 4 foot-screws, folding the legs, then re-screwing the 4 screw-pins and hoping you didn't drop any of the wing-nuts. They couldn't use folding-table style legs so I could get this out of the closet and ready to use quickly? Also, now I have these foot-screws I have to store separately - couldn't they have made those narrower so they didn't have to be removed to fold up the legs? Overall, I'm satisfied. I'll take this to cons & on camping trips -- one day, when it's inevitably damaged in transit, I'll buy a nicer one. ... show more

  • The whole set is great, customer service is amazing
The table is great for what you want it for, either just fun games at home or a kid's game or practicing shots. The customer service is just so good that I had to come back to make a review. The product is good but they so quickly solved a problem for me not related to the product quality, they're just awesome. ... show more

  • Bad Quality Control
I don't know if other tables have similar issues but mine is not usable... the table is not level by 1 inch slope from left to right. Obvious, you can't play with this condition. Terrible quality control. One set of legs (left) is 25.5" long and the other set of legs (right) is 26.5" long. They knew the problem but they still tried to assemble it and they assemble the right legs at lower position (see pictures) to compensate the extra length but the table is still way of level. My immediate thought was to send it back to Amazon but I didn't want to repack and carry a bulky box to UPS so I configured all the positions of the legs. I took the legs apart, made some measurements so that the table would be leveled, drilled new holes for all legs and support bars then finally re-reassembled them onto new holes that I drew out. The table is now level and good to play. I would still keep it 1 star because I had to go through all the trouble to make it work. I don't think others would want to do what I did if they receive the same table as mine. ... show more

  • More than worth the price and *very* fun!!
This little table is absolutely great! I don't know how you can beat it for the price. Is it perfectly flat? No. It was $140. Were all the screws tight? No. It was $140. Were instructions included? No. It was $140. (grin). This is all piddly stuff at this price. It's flat *enough* to play fun games with, it took 2 minutes to snug up the screws, took 15 minutes to finish "final assembly" (if you're having problems folding it up - reverse the bolts/wing nuts. Very simple). The cues are light but OK, and have normal-type tips. I spent $20 on 2 compact "Mizerak" (I think) cues that are much better. The balls are small - 1 1/2" in diameter - but heavy, just like full-sized ones, and play like them as well, with similar physics and a satisfying "crack" when they hit. The pockets are small but it's easy to get the balls out (they hold 3 or 4) and the edges have enough spring to get good bounces off. It's great fun for adults, especially if you only have a small space, and everyone who's played it so far is surprised at how good it is - and shocked by the price. It's one of the most fun items I've purchased in a long time! ... show more
