I also have an Uthfy 31" tower fan. This LASKO puts out more air (wind) on lowest setting than the Lasko puts out on High. Also, this one has a 10 amp 120 volt plug (if you need it. And two usb ports. Fantastic fan!!! A bit of an add: I fell asleep after initial review. I usually "toss and turn " in my sleep, due to sweating, etc. From falling asleep after previous review, I woke up several hours later, rested, and still in the same position. So, I absolutely love this blower!!!!! It is still on #1 speed setting, and the blue light and sound bothered me not a whit!!!! If needed, I would replace this blower with its twin. Also, my stepson's dad (also retired) doesn't run his A/C because it raises his electricity bill. We do not get along well, but (through my stepson and his wife) I recommended this blower. ... show more

Multiple speeds, moves air well, very quiet, can sit at multiple angles, sturdy, heavy duty cord, easy to pick up and carry...what's not to love?!!?!! Truly cannot say enough about this fan. We love everything about it!!! We use it when we travel in the RV and have had multiple people comment on how quiet it is, how much air flow it produces, etc... Satisfied with this blower it puts out plenty of air. Plenty of options for air direction just by simply rotating the unit. The plastic is cheap so dropping it will most likely result in breaking the plastic. Great value for the price though.

Products works pretty good. Keeps room cool. Only thing, the blue light stays on. If you planning to use this in bedroom, be aware of that blue light, IMHO it's sort of a nightlight, a bit, it's not bad, more like a tiny blue LED light, you might see on a plugged in alarm clock. Other than that, it's a good buy!!! So far, quite pleased! IAM thinking of very likely getting another one. ... show more

For the space I'm using it moves air nicely and relatively quiet, a little loud on 3rd setting. The direction angles are limited to three so you can't pinpoint where you want the air unless you prop it up with something. I'm keeping it, too dang hot! Update: Apparently I missed three additional positions when you place it upside down, so it actually has 6 total positions. More than enough to direct the air where you want it. ... show more
