I really like this Lasko tower fan! It’s powerful, quiet, and keeps the room cool even on the hottest days. Love Lasko fans, their cheap price tag and powerful fans make them a staple in my house.

I love lasko fans, they are more stylish than the box fans and reliable. Installation was super easy, put the circular stand together, slide on and rotate it to connect it to the base of the tower fan, plug it in and use it, so simple. The remote makes it nice so you user friendly from short distances away. It makes a room comfortable. The fan speed is good for a small room or office and it’s not very loud. They weight is nice as can easily carry it up stairs. The oscillation keeps the fan turning and cooling down a wider range instead of just what’s in front of the fan, unlike box fans. Will be buying another one for the master bedroom as well to match the living room fan.

Cleans the air!

Fan is really good! It blows out clean, cool, air! The filter is easy to change out and I was totally surprised to see all the dust on it. We have AC in always, live in FL, plus we put in extra good filters in the unit plus UV light.

I usually write only positive reviews but feel I have to warn others before they spend money on this garbage. I received and assembled this 3 days ago. In that time period it has been between 5 and 10 degrees BELOW the normal temperature here, and using this fan rather than my no-name falling-apart one, it is 3 degrees HOTTER in the room. What I hate about it: it has a huge LED temperature display on top of the unit. Including symbols, it is 3.5 cm wide and tall. This lights up the entire room but can be turned off at night if set on "night mode."? This is supposed to be quiet with a lower fan setting, that is virtually no fan at all. -- any button on the remote has to be pressed at least 3 times before anything will activate on the fan. And my fan is approximately 6 feet from my body. It should not be out of range. -- the idiotic base. The base arrives in 2 pieces which attach together, then attach on the bottom of the unit, sliding to "lock" in place. Except if the fan is rotated to move it at all, this "locked in place" base falls off. This was such a stupid design, I was careful to make sure the bottom did actually lock. It makes no difference whether it's locked or put on haphazardly. The bottom is a flimsy piece of garbage that hardly holds up the fan. -- when set to oscillate, it makes an awful, jarring rumbly noise. I don't use it on this setting because of this, but I would love to know how long the fan would actually last if left on this setting. -- the air movement with this fan on high is about equivalent to one of those personal fans that are worn around the neck. Do not expect your papers to blow across the room. The edges will lift a bit, but your work will stay right where you need it. Low setting is pretty much like having your toddler blow on you from a meter away. Please ignore any write-up and promotional material that appear with this fan. It does not apply to this model. It's copy and pasted from another line. I really want to smash this so-called fan with a dumbbell, but will attempt to send it back instead. If return is refused, I will be smashing it and posting the video. I hate this fan more than anything I have ever purchased.

Best heater on the market

Amazing heater!! It shuts off when it gets to the right temperature, has a cool down feature that I love 30 seconds and it shuts off. It swivels or can stay stationary. It comes with a remote control so you don’t have go into the room. I wish I would have bought this one first I would have bought two more.

Soo noisy!!

I truly regret purchasing this tower fan. Just two months in, it started making an annoying noise that significantly detracts from its performance. While it does a decent job of circulating air in a small room, I found it overall underwhelming, and the highest speed isn’t particularly cooling. Additionally, it comes with a removable filter, If you do choose to use it, the airflow is drastically reduced. I would highly recommend opting for the classic series instead—it’s a far better choice.

Take out the filter! Number one issue with the fan.

Purchased this back in March and always felt it was weak in terms of air flow, but passable as I was using this to place in front an AC to increase velocity. Today when I was washing & drying the filter, I noticed how dense it was. I placed it over another fan and I noticed how I could barely feel any air coming out of the other side. Then it hit me. The filter is way too thick. I placed the plastic cover back without the filter and wow! It's like a tornado compared to before. I understand given how this fan is made a filter could be beneficial, but the one they made for it really hurts the performance rather than help it. Dust will collect over time, but by then I will just clean or replace the inside. Especially being in front of an AC and air purifier it's not like it's going to get caked with dust in a month like an AC filter does. Fans don't need filters IMO. On the humming noise, it's an issue the Lasko tower fans have had for many years. It's not a big deal and I rarely hear it. I got this on sale from a return and with a remote it's handy for me. The other downside is when there is a power failure, it doesn't power back on either. Bottom line there's better fans out there, and there's worse too. Don't buy this for max price.
