Love that this printer is small enough that I can put it at the corner of my desk so I can use it at all times. Love that I can fold the paper tray in so that it doesn't take up the space on the desk when I'm not using it (But I have to keep the paper elsewhere and I have to load it onto the paper tray whenever I need to use it, but it's an understood trade off). Love that it can do wireless printing. What I wish that it would be able to do is to DUPLEX. The way that I print on the other side is that I flip the paper manually and feed it into the printer again to print on the other side, so in that way, I wouldn't consider that this printer has the "duplex function." If you don't care about duplex, then this is otherwise excellent ... show more

I only needed a printer for black and white documents. This fit the bill perfectly. A bit more stout than I took from the stated measurements, but sits nicely in the small spot I made for it. It feeds from the bottom, not the top. As the title suggests... once you've got it right, it works flawlessly every time. Just do this. Put the cd in, download the drivers. Ok so it works but it has its flaws. For one, it will not print on cardstock -- you can forget it. And with regular paper... it gets jammed a lot and the paper comes out super curly. It gets the job done fine but it was not what I was looking for capability wise. I guess you get what you pay for.

I needed a printer that would work with XP. Not to easy to find any more. I installed the drivers from the included CD and it just worked. One note: Everything i saw in the write ups and included in the instructions and included on the CD said Net Work. There was no RJ45, just a blank hole in the cover. I didn't know this brand before. But I was willing to try it out because it looked solid and price was competitive. I was more than satisfied with the quality when I received it. It is condensed so it saves space. You don't want the printer to take half of the desk at home. It is a laser printer and it prints fast. You don't need to purchase new toner every month. People are always looking for an American or Japanese brand. But their price would be double or triple for the same quality of this Chinese brand printer. ... show more

If I dont turn the printer off, next time I go to print, I have to shut it off, wait a second, and turn it back on. I still have not figured out how to get the wireless printing to work, manual was difficult to read.
