Okay so I bought this for my wife. She is very pleased so far. She has been using it for some time and she is just now beginning to see and feel the effects. It takes time to be thorough and several days a week for a while, which slowly degrades to just a couple times a week. She is noticing a change in the way the hairs on her legs feel as if the follicles are beginning to die. It is easy to use. The glasses are to protect the eyes, and she has only used about 6000 shots thus far so it should definitely last her a very long time. May do a follow-up review later to confirm it does what it is designed to do. It has to remain plugged in which is not as convenient however understandable given it is a laser. All in all she is pleased with it so we give it 2 thumbs up.

UPDATE FROM BELOW: This product is junk. I took it slow but it created absolutely zero results. On top of it, the company asked me to give a review in return for a $30 Amazon gift card. No gift card for my initial honest review and no response from the company. You’ve been warned. Terrible product. It also burned my underarm (and I took it slow with the levels). Previous review: I received this product and have used it twice. The first time, I set it on level 1. The second time, I set it on level 2. I'll use it again this week on level 3. I'm taking it slow but so far so good. There's no pain and it's simple to use. I appreciated the videos that others posted as it answered a couple questions.

I think it's working but it's still too early to really tell. I felt the slight heat, it's painless for sure. But I used to epilate and now trying IPL because it supposed to last longer. I have to shave every day which is a pain and use this thing at least twice a week and it's been 2 months so I can't really tell the difference yet but overall I know it functions. Comes with a razor, glasses, cord and machine. I will wait a few more weeks to update on effectiveness. Will keep you posted. Been a few weeks, I think I need to wait a little more since I am sure this whole process does take awhile to be completely effective. I will update again in a few more weeks :)...Please note though...the seller store Famela has been super responsive and professional.

It does not have the strength as those in the doctors office due to no cryogen. But it's a good maintenance tool in between treatments.

I've been using it for about a week and so far it's working as expected for an at-home treatment. I've had six rounds of laser removal at a med spa and I got this to minimize the need to go back for expensive "touch-up" sessions in future months. It's pain free, just a little warm in the area being worked on. It has the ability to turn it on "auto" so you can keep moving and the light will continue pulsing without having to press the button each time, which I love for larger areas. There's definitely that lovely faint burnt hair smell (anyone that's had laser before will be familiar) so that seems to indicate it's at least doing something. It will take a few months to really know whether it makes a meaningful difference, but so far all signs are pointing to it being a worthwhile investment, especially at this price.

I've been going to the clinic for hair removal but I decided to try this one because it's much cheaper. I waited 3 months before writing a review because I wanted to make sure that it does actually work. I also had my best friend try it and she is very happy with the results. She said the hair is growing thinner and it was not painful at all. She was afraid of going to the clinic because I told her that it feels like being snapped with a rubber band over and over again until the whole area is treated. Now she can't wait for her next session.

Product came as described with glasses and a razor. It was easy to use. Make sure to use the glasses as the light is very bright. I use it 2-3 times a week. It’s only been 2 weeks so it’s too early to see if it is making a difference. There is no pain to me while on the highest setting, to those who are sensitive it should only feel like a slight elastic snap. It does heat up after a few minutes of use but again it’s not uncomfortable to use. I’m hopeful this will decrease hair growth with my continued use.

After a few months of use and no improvement, I finally gave up. This is a heavy time investment - I was planning to do my legs but it takes about an hour to do one leg and you are supposed to do it every other day so I switched to just my bikini line. After a couple months I didn't see any less hair and didn't feel like it was working. I was really hoping it would be a substitute for expensive laser hair removal but didn't get the results 😔
