Product works very well, assuming you have the right skin tone / hair pigment. Be honest with yourself regarding you skin / hair needs and you'll be happy with this product. This unit is NOT wireless, which makes sense due to power needs. I like this aspect, keeps the flash power stable and not fluctuating with battery power. My only knock is no storage case, not a big issue as you can just re-use package box. Running some test on various spots on my neck to remove hair, going to take a good while to see results...
