This is a large volumizing brush attachment for a Dyson Airwrap. Its for HS01, 05 and 08. I am not sure which one I have, its a complete long (I am very new to Dyson) This attachment fits my Dyson perfectly and while my first impression is that its huge, its actually the exact same size as my other volumizing brush. So this attachment allows me to use my Dyson to replace that tool as well. Its plastic with a metal plate (it says titanium) Using it, it works very similar to my other tool so I am really pleased. I get a mostly straightish wavy blow out that's shiny and not frizzy. I also find this attachment good for day two hair to just smooth out and refresh the volume. Great attachment.

I’m really happy with this attachment! It fits my Dyson Airwrap perfectly and gives my hair so much more volume than the standard brush. It also helps smooth frizz while drying, leaving my hair soft and shiny. The larger size makes styling faster, especially if you have medium or long hair. This attachment looks really nice, and just like one of the regular blow dryer brushes, I had one of those and it's nearly an exact match. It's a good idea, but this product doesn't attach very well to the airwraps locking mechanism. It's very wobbly, feels like it would fall off the blow dryer if I pulled it through my hair. Could just be the one I got had a little defect, idk. OVERALL: doesn't fit/lock right. I would skip.

This dyson attachment, the volumizing hair brush, works as intended to smooth and volumize hair. I havent noticed the tines (or whatever you call them?) breaking as they are pretty well made and flexible. This attachment does feature bristles so if your hair does not work well with bristles, then this attachment is not for you. It is meant to help smooth your hair as it volumizes. It is large but all of the attachments of this style are, you dont want it too small. Im not sure how well this works on other hair types but for hair on the fine side (with thin shaft) it works pretty well assuming it's not too dry or too wet. You might also need to add some product lightly to your hair if your hair is fine like mine (a blower can create tangles by blowing the fine hair around otherwise). And of course, make sure you have zero tangles before using! Once you've done all that this product will give you smooth styled but volumous hair. Overall a good value.

The large Volumizing brushing attachment fit my Dyson Airwrap HS05 perfectly. The attachment is much larger in size and weight than I was expecting. The large vents allow for better airflow than other OEM attachments I have tried that promote volume. This attachment is ideal for medium to long hair. The design gives lift to the root and allows you to achieve a great blowout. The larger size barrel leaves you with a smooth, voluminous blow out with subtle curls if desired. The attachment feels sturdy and good quality. Since it is larger in size, it does allow you to grab more hair at one time than the typical attachments but it likely varies depending on the users hair length and thickness. The large vented slots allow for quicker drying and styling time. Once the attachment is on the Dyson airwrap, it does make it noticeably heavier but you are saving a lot of time styling overall. It seems to be a tradeoff for the time saved.

This large volumizing brush attachment has been an excellent addition to my Dyson Airwrap. It connected securely and fit properly without feeling loose or difficult to install. The larger oval barrel makes it much easier to work through bigger sections of hair, which helps reduce the amount of time needed to dry and style. It does a great job of adding volume at the roots while smoothing the length of the hair. The shape of the brush provides enough tension to straighten and control frizz without pulling excessively or becoming tangled. It also works well for creating soft bends and large curls at the ends, giving the hair a polished, blowout style finish. The titanium barrel distributes heat evenly and helps the brush move smoothly through the hair. My hair dried faster than it does with a standard brush attachment, and the finished result looked smoother and fuller without needing several additional styling tools. It is especially useful when I want more body and volume rather than tight curls. Overall, this attachment is well designed, easy to use, and makes the Airwrap even more versatile. It provides noticeable volume, smoother results, and faster styling while fitting securely on the tool. It has quickly become one of my most frequently used attachments and is easily worthy of five stars.
