These solar lanterns are so beautiful! When it’s daylight, they look elegant simply sitting in the garden, and when it is dark, they cast an intricate flower pattern of light around them. The battery is powerful enough that when left turned on in full summer sun (12+ hours of sun per day), they are still shining at 4:00 a.m. enough to light a pathway. They arrived packaged well and undamaged. The color is a light brass color, not as dark as I expected, but I am very happy with the color. These lanterns are great! They cast a beautiful, bright, decorative light and last for hours. Solar lanterns can be disappointing, due to how dim they often are, but these were a pleasant surprise. Have already bought more as a gift & the recipient loved them as much as I do.

This solar light lantern has metal body. It is bright and beautiful. The light and pattern is more for decoration purposes, like hanging on porches, trees, or outdoor tables. The light is not that bright, so it should not be used for illumination purposes. One tiny problem I found is that one lantern light is a bit brighter than the other one. The media could not be loaded. The lanterns alone are great set of art pieces. The carvings on each of the lanterns is so beautiful and spread the light evenly almost as if it's a projection. The solar panels are right about them and keep charging under the sun and power the lanterns at night automatically creating a fantastic effect in our patio. I love these beautiful solar lanterns. I have only had them a couple weeks so I don't know long term how they will hold up to weather but so far they have done great. The light is warm and inviting and with the pattern in the metal allows the light to shine out beautifully.

Updating my review. I love these. They make an amazing pattern on the ground. Well made. Very pretty, unique. I originally had a problem with the charge only lasting a few hours, but I moved them & now the light lasts for at least 4 hours.
