The recliner is very large which is great for my 6’3 husband. All other recliners his head is way over the top and feet dangling. Not in this! He had a major injury so the fact that it helps you get up on your feet is a plus. The chair is good quality and most importantly the customer service is incredible. It’s oddly fast, like email responses within minutes. We had an issue with the foot rest and they made it right immediately, within 2 days we had a whole new bottom section at our door step. First, this is a really high quality chair. It is well made with quality leather and really looks first class. I did extensive research and this manufacturer reviews set them above the completion. The chair arrived in three boxes that were custom made to protect the chair. Assembly is easy but a two person job. It took my wife and I about 45 minutes on the first chair and maybe 30 minutes on the second. That included unpacking. The controls are smooth and the lift mechanism worked very well. I’m expecting to have these chairs for about ten years or more. As we tend to change remodel every ten years. We are into blue and this is a solid quality blue in the Navy Blue Family. I double checked after almost a month and no other website had a chair I’d pick over this one. Yes it is as pretty as the picture. The controls are well thought out. I was a little concerned that you could damage the front edge of the chair in the fully lifted configuration but the design pulls in the front foot rest so you can’t configure the control to accidentally damage the chair. That was impressive. My wife’s loves how comfortable it is and how well the chairs complement the new sunroom. Pat 5’2” and I’m 6’1’” and the chairs work for both of us. ... show more

Bought two matching chairs in blue July 2025 it is now Feb. 2026. Padding is awful I can’t feel the metal bars on my back and on the foot rest under padding in less than 6 months. The chair is only long enough when reclined flat otherwise my feet dangle and I’m only 5,6”. Definitely not for tall people! The chair looks good but back support is painful so highly do not recommend this chair. I could pee my pants waiting on the motor to put the legs down for standing. For this much money I recommend you go to lazy-boy store definitely not a good value for the money. Again did I mention the horrible back support!!!! Buy something else if you want comfort! 30 day return policy is insufficient. ... show more

Does exactly what it claims it will do. Everything works fine. It areived in three separate boxes. I was unable to put it together due to an injury I have, but my small wife and 15 year old daughter were able to unbox it all and put it together in place all under 30 minutes. Very good price for what you get. The Blue color is different but blends with our space. I have slept in it every night except for 2 I'm the couple weeks I have had it. The only thing that could make it better is if the headrest would move, even if it moved mechanically without a motor. The massage feature could provide more pressure but it will relax you enough to out you to sleep . And the heat is just enough. ... show more

my mother is getting older so I needed to get a cozy chair she can relax in but also get in and out easily when needed. She loves this chair. The material is so easy to wipe clean and does not suck up spills. The cushioning is so comfortable. I can even sleep in it. It matches our décor well and the blue color we got is true to the description. I would say a little darker but it looks great. The remote does not have too many buttons on it so she does not get confused. Just simple up and down, recline, and the massage is even amazing. The heating element is a great touch and has enough cupholders and pockets to keep all her stuff close to her. Strong metal frame and heavy duty.
