Based on reviews and features ordered this “oversized” recliner/lift chair with a discounted price of near $900. After having to assemble it and connect the powered features there were issues with the product. The massage hubs for the calfs and thighs were not adequately padded/covered so whether on or off your legs sat uncomfortably on 4 circular protruding pods. The heating feature would not heat. It was hard to keep just the heat option running without it turning on the massage as well, however there was no heat…ever. The 4 motor recliner’s lumbar support would not recess flat enough so if chair was even in upright position it put uncomfortable pressure on the spine. I contacted seller with these complaints and was sent a return authorization, however it was for a single box and informed me that I had to pay “postage”! First of all the item arrived in 3 boxes (1 order, 3 pieces) and second Why am I paying freight for a defective product? Enter Amazon Customer Support. The seller wanted me to send photos detailing the reported issues. I explained that the issues were inside the chair when someone was sitting on it and a photo would not reveal anything. They insisted. I sent photos. They rejected them since they didn’t show any problems. This process took several days and finally my support person pushed it up to his supervisor. Now the seller wanted to send me parts to fix the chair myself. I am 74 and not employed as their mechanic! The supervisor then “elevated” my case to the A to Z Guarantee Service. Once there the agent wound up having to turn everything over to HIS supervisor. After days…weeks of back and forth…NOTHING. The seller refused to send a shipping label for 1 order of 3 boxes. The freight cost to return the chair was over $1,000 (LTL Freight minimums run around $2,000). A To Z said that if the chair isn’t returned as defective customer pays freight. Since the seller said to send the chair back and if they decide defective they will see about reimbursement the freight is more than the chair cost. So, even though I detailed the defects in the chair, and since I didn’t cut the chair open to photograph the problems and since all the Amazon ballyhoo over how they take care protecting customer’s purchasing…I have $900 worth of promises in 3 boxes on my front porch. BUYER BEWARE!

Several other brands of lift chairs have only 1 motor to control the chair mechanism. The HBUI Power Lift Chair uses 2 motors. This allows the chair to recline to a full horizonal position as well as adjust upward to a tall posture which makes it easy for me to get out and stand. The chair came in 3 boxes unassembled but was very easy to put together, no tools needed. I have used this chair for over 2 months now and would find it hard to be without it. The fabric is durable, no signs of wear and the style matches the room perfectly. I don’t use the attached folding table or the heat and massage very much but these are nice added features. The only thing I don’t like about this type chare, is because it reclines fully to horizontal, it can’t be placed very close against a wall. Otherwise, comfortable, stylish and works great.

Arrived a day late, but that was problem of the Shipper, not the seller. The chair is comfortable and looks exactly as in the ad. I feel that the foot rest "should probably be able to rise another 1" to 1½" ... Would make it more comfortable. And, the back should probably be able to move forward another 1" to 1½" when in the full up position. I had not seen within the description that there are two (2) electrical plugs associated with the features of this chair. Sooo, I installed a Power Bar onto the chair bottom bracket and plugged both chair power supplies into it ... that allowed for only ONE plug needing to be plugged into the wall. (See attached Photos)

perfect chair at a very competitive price -- great value -- nothing close to this value in the local stores -- features are listed in the description, so I won't duplicate, but I will clarify a couple of issues -- the fold out table is on the left side as you sit on the chair (pictures show possibly on either side) -- this is Chanelle with absolutely no "Breathing Leather" on this model -- most of the extra length is on the Backrest -- it is higher than most -- about 8" higher than my head (I am 5' 10") -- this space gets taken up in the "Lay Flat" position -- this is Vibration Massage not Air Massage so more gentle -- only 2 levels of intensity on this model -- heat only in the Lumbar area -- the motors are indeed quiet -- charging by wire only from the remote -- wireless charger is slow and heats my iPhone 15 -- (I haven't tried the wireless charger without my Mag-Safe case though) -- very happy to have saved many dollars and still get all of the included features -- I ordered this to sleep on -- two weeks straight and feel great at 74 when I convince myself it's time to leave the comfort and face the day -- I'd like to stay in/on it longer

this chair started off wonderful and with about within eight months everything started to collapse all the padding in the foot bed of it is gone. I don’t know where it’s gone. It’s lumped up in the bottom. It’s incredibly uncomfortable now to lay back and I am handicap.

I would have love to give the chair a (5) five star review! It says for someone up to 6'2" and I'm 5'7" and my ankles hang over the footrest!!! The chair itself is very comfortable. Heat level is okay but the noise when the massage is on, is extremely loud!!! My hubby assembled it with ease and in less time than stated. I'm sorry that it missed the mark of being a perfect lift recliner.
