I bought one of those (heavy duty) tactical nylon collars with the handle, it was not as wide, it had a small D ring, that was only under 1 thin layer of nylon which threads ripped and it came loose. The belt was very thin and not as strong… This Collar has a 4 times larger D ring that goes behind the the collar and could never come loose. This color is very large, three times the size of the other big dog collars. This one has a heavy duty buckle with two square bar prongs, the holes are metal, the nylon is thick, heavy like multiple seatbelts sewn together. My dog gets mad and becomes unrealistically strong, he’s stronger than dogs twice his size, he digs in and pulls, to break what’s holding him. Now finally I have no fear that my very aggressive 110lb American Bulldog will break his collar like he did the others. If your dog is muscular and hard to hold, this collar is a great value. I wanted a large hand made leather Bestia collar, but they went up unrealistically high, $100 and up.. So I bought this one, now that I’ve seen it, I will probably buy these collars from now on. This collar is not fancy, but it’s possibly the strongest on the market. The material is probably going to last forever. It matches my ultra heavy duty nylon weight pulling competition harness that I found on eBay.(with bungee straps)

I’m so happy with this collar. We’ve gone thru several collars that claim to be “chew proof” and our other dog, a lab, has chewed either the handle off or the actual collar has been chewed through and I’ve come home to it being in shreds. And all within days to a week of using it. ONE more thing this collar’s loop for the end of the collar is seen in and actually keeps the end of the collar snuggly. And it doesn’t which it doesn’t advertise but I found it a big plus. This is a MUST BUY if your dogs are chewers. This collars holds up to all it claims! I’ve already bought another in a different color! My only disappointment is I wish it did have more colors to chose from. But it’s still worth every penny!

Very durable! My big ole fur babies are 123 and 154 pounds. Both are very muscular and powerful, but also very obedient and loving unless they feel either they or their family members or home are threatened. Regardless, these collars have been able to withstand their weight and pull when cables and chains have not, lol. They are strictly inside babies only, but when we do go outside we are required to keep them secured for the “fear” of others 🙄. They are the sweetest babies in the world and they only break the chains and cables because they are there, lol. When they aren’t there, they just lick you to death and try to sit in your lap because they think they are the size of chihuahuas 🤣! ANYWAY, these collars work AMAZING!! STOP SCROLLING!!! BUY THESE!!
