I would not recommend buying this deep freezer. When it arrived, I immediately noticed several scratches on the exterior, which made it look like it had been used before. On top of that, there was white paint on the power cord, which is not something you expect from a brand-new appliance. These issues make it feel like the product was either refurbished or poorly inspected before shipping. While the freezer does work, the cosmetic flaws are very disappointing, and it does not meet the standard I would expect from a new item. Overall, between the scratches, the paint on the cord, and the impression that it may have been used, I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and brand-new deep freezer.

This freezer is great so far! I have no complaints. It is compact but has a lot of space inside as well as 2 removable baskets. The temperature can be adjusted between refrigerate and freeze. Everything I have put inside is frozen solid. Bonus points because it makes almost no sound and looks great! It came packaged in a lot of protective packaging so there are no dents or scratches. It is super light and easy to move. At this point I would totally recommend!
