They claim it's a firm pillow. It's not. I would've liked it to be firmer BUT it is foldable. I can kind of ball it up under my head to make it more firm which I'm cool with. Gets the job done.

These pillows take some adjusting too for myself. They are amazingly fluffy look gorgeous, but I noticed after a week my spine was sore & I can only assume it was due to the higher elevation that my body didn’t adapt to. I am a side sleeper for the most part so makes the most sense to assume. I purchased a different pillow to make do and found it wasn’t working for me either so switched back to this pillow, as it’s breaking in (not as elevated) I’m sleeping better, but still not the greatest. When these arrived I was so pleasantly surprised. They are large pillows but they conform easily to the shape of your head neck and shoulders.
