The lid to the prefilter the seal came off and now it wont seal to run. The rubber seal was off from time of purchase. I can not find a replacement lid with seal anywhere. Where can I get a new lid with rubber gasket?

Well built, great price and smooth, quiet operation. The package was missing a metal nut to secure the band clamp for the multiport valve, otherwise everything checked out. Be aware that the pump's actual flow rate is almost always LESS than advertised especially if you install anything less than 2" diameter pipes. I measured at most 55 GPM instead of the advertised 82 GPM using 1.5" pipe. This isn't Lanchez's fault, just normal, real-world conditions that depend on pipe diameters, obstructions to flow, vertical draw, etc. ... show more

Cheap junk. Comes with absolutely useless instructions. Need two different adapters for Intex pool to connect. Set it up, went to add more liter balls when they arrived and I can no longer remove the top and access the balls. The cheap and dime designed long screw piece with the black handle to twist into the square nut is ridiculously stuck together. I’ve got every tool possible over here trying to get this undone.     • Good buy. Don't use Teflon only where instructions tells you. it.

Works great for my 18' above ground pool. Don't use Teflon tape on connections using an O- ring. Only use hand pressure. I had no leaks other than on the clamps so I upgraded to a wider clamp and use some Teflon tape on the neck just as a space filler for the hose to be tight fit. Good buy for the money. FYI.
