Long review but worth the read! I have had my Lancelot printer and shaker/oven for a couple of weeks. I was really torn between purchasing the shaker/oven or just the oven because of needs/ease. I chose to go with the shaker/oven combo so I could do continuous prints, gangs sheets. I didn’t buy the stand and part of me wishes I did due to ease of setting the 2 pieces together. But I wasn’t willing to pay the price for it so that is on me. My shaker/oven came 4 days earlier than my printer. I was assuming they would come together so that was frustrating. They were both packed extremely well and I wasn’t concerned about any shipping issues. Setup was pretty easy, plus the customer service is AMAZING!!! Make sure you have WhatsApp for the customer service. Also, I was sent many extra pieces/parts for future needs which is awesome! The printer is pretty easy to use but does require daily maintenance if you are not using it everyday and at home. The holiday mode is a great option if you are going to be gone. Getting a dedicated computer is a plus. The software is pretty straight forward if you have worked with printer/printing software before. I was able to do several prints, gangs sheets, today and had a few issues with the shaker/oven. Again, customer service was right there to work me through them and was very polite during the processes. While they were able to help me through the issues I did realize that you must still be close by for continual adding of powder when low. The shaker does not put out enough powder for the entire print. I printed a 12x60 sheet and had to add powder 3-4 times because the powder shaker couldn’t keep up. Also, while the shaker/oven does continue to pull the film through as long as the printer is still printing. But, once your print is done printing you have to manually press the “ “down” button on the printer to manually feed the film the rest of the way through until everything is dusted and baked. **Make sure your auto cut is off when printing this way or you will have issues with the dusting and baking (per experience unfortunately). Using this setup is not the easiest if you are wanting to print 1 item at a time. You can manually add the powder to the print over the belly of the shaker and then use the oven but again, not the easiest/user friendly. If you want to print just an item or 2 at a time I would suggest just purchasing the printer and oven. You can manually shake the powder over the print in a plastic container and then bake in the oven. Ultimately, I gave it a 3 star because it isn’t as user friendly as I had hoped. Customer service gets a 4+ rating!!! ... show more

Muy buena calidad de impresión, nunca he sufrido de taponamiento de cabezal, la calidad de la tinta es exelente, el producto final muy resistente a estiramientos y lavados pero lo mejor de todo es su soporte técnico, siempre responden super rápido y solucionan los problemas que puedas tener, cien porciento recomendado. Algo extra a destacar es que recientemente probé la nueva impresora de Epson G6070 , muy buena impresora,pero decepcionado con la impresión, no soporta los estirones , se deforma la impresión, algo que con esta no sucede.
