My hubby and I ordered this Lancelot printer to use for a new small business venture that we are going on. The printer arrived in a very secure package. I wasn’t quite ready to open it right away because we had to make some arrangements in our home of the best place to put the printer. After I’m pretty short time, I contacted technical support as I was instructed to do when opening the printer. The tech Support team was awesome. I’m quite new at doing this kind of thing and they guided me through all the steps. The main thing I had to do was just precisely follow the instructions that they gave me. They had really helpful videos to guide me through the process and anytime I have questions, they helped me quickly and guided me really well, including providing me with videos and pictures. My hubby and I were able to watch multiple videos online about how to operate after setting it up, which were nice, but honestly after the first try, the process was pretty easy and we were able to do it with no issues. After several prints, I can say the printer is working fantastic! The color is very vibrant. We haven’t run into any technical issues that we needed help on, but I have no doubt that technical support will be great if in the event we do need it. Highly recommend! The shipping was quick. The Support was superior and the printing (which is the most important obviously) has been super high-quality and very easy. It was also great that the full package included exactly what we needed to get things started right away. I must say after doing tons of research and watching videos of different dtf printers. Reading countless reviews on different ones. I ultimately decided on the Lancelot m1630. There are many reasons why I choose this printer. Features like holiday mode and and auto ink loading, auto cut and let's not forget the ink refill and waste alarms. The major selling point after the price tag is hands down their customer service and tech support. I had a couple of issues when my printer and oven arrived. I reach out to customers service right away and gave them my WhatsApp info. Which makes dealing with customer service and tech support super easy. Almost immediately I was contacted by tech support to start the printer setup. Followed shortly after by customer service. Jun Hao got me started on my setup while Sissie delt with my missing roll of film and a dent and some other issues with my oven. I provided her with pictures of the damage and shipping boxes as she requested. Within minuets she was provideding me with solutions. Which was a replacement oven for damaged one alone with my missing film roll. Itwas late in the day when I started this so I end up finishing the printer setup the next day with Levi who was also super easy to deal with. Sissie also reach out the next day with tracking numbers for my film and replacement oven. At which time she also informed me that she talked with the company and got them to through in a set of 500ml inks for the inconvenience. I was shocked. She went above and beyond. Being a very small craft business I will definitely recommend and purchase from Lancelot again. The printer is amazing and super easy-to-use. The prints are vibrant. The print time seems to be super fast. Make sure you have a good sturdy place to set it on. The printer is very well built and very heavy. The media could not be loaded. Setup was pretty easy, though it did take a little time to get everything just right. The customer service team was amazing — they walked me through my issues and helped me get both the printer and the software set up without any stress. So far, I’m really enjoying this printer. I haven’t had any paper jams, and even though the machine is large and heavy, it works well and the print quality is solid. Lots of different reviews here on this product. I hate leaving reviews, but I want you to know if you buy this printer, you will NEED to put time in learning everything about it. Because once you got it dialed in, this thing is a beast and can make any image you want. It took around 3 days for me to read, watch videos and working with support to figure everything out and now it works as advertised. If you need help, please take advantage of the support, if you have WhatsApp, they are there for you 24-7. The support goes faster if you provide video or pictures and explain what you tried, that way the tech does not need to go through the silly steps to help you, they go straight to the issue. I have honestly bugged them with stupid questions. To the person with one star comment regarding possible hacking, when you are done working with them, turn off the wireless internet on the laptop if you are worried. The print looks good. Where do I even begin??! I love this printer and set up! It was easy to assemble, and get our first print going. Customer support has been phenomenal. They are available 24/7, and are very helpful and kind with even the silliest of questions you may have. The only things I don’t like is that the powder collection tray at the bottom gets full fast and if you’re using the oven/shaker, you will have to load a bit of film in order to get it set up and fed through for continuous printing. Aside from that, this printer has been an absolute breeze to work with, it’s quick, prints durable and beautiful designs that press nicely onto any material that I’ve tried. It does require some space, but it fits great in my office. There are so many safety features and does a cleaning in between prints if you’re doing something big. Holiday Mode is amazing as well…I love that it also has its own laptop for just printing! It’s solid but easy to move around with the stand if you need to move it. Thank you! ... show more
