Purchased unit to replace or upgrade another LAMMTO product. The initial draw to the unit was having the ability for OTA updates. Well, when I unpacked the device and connected it to the internet, an OTA update was available, and installed without issue. It does take some time for the firmware to load on the device, but I was able to leave it and come back later. Since I was replacing the RC14 unit, I was able to reuse the hardware I already installed, suction cup plate, and the adjustable arm for holding the screen. The unit powers up quickly and integrated quickly. One thing to note, if replacing another unit. The connectivity is different. The device to the car must be made, where with the RC14, my phone connected to the screen and to the car. This is phone to screen, and screen to the car. My car is an older car, so it took a few attempts to get it to show on the screen, but once displayed, connection was made successfully. The screen is large, and clear, albeit very reflective, so in bright light it can be hard to see. The touch screen is very responsive. Now the screen does come preloaded with applications on it, I have not tried any, like connecting Netflix. I've been using Android Auto, with no issues or crashes and Spotify. Also used the screen for text messaging, via voice. Again, no issues observed. Note: This unit does not include a forward Dash cam. Nitpicky things: The glare on the screen, and the connection for power. The RC14, the USB-C port was on the right side of the unit. All connections for the RC32 are on the left, so the cabling is kinda in the way. It's more than likely just a me thing, I have OCD and it's different so I'm hyper fixated on it. We'll see how it goes the more I drive with it. About Lammto: I've had dealt with Lammto Support on several occasions; once for a warranty claim. Another for Software Support. Since Lammto is overseas, there is a delay due to timezone but, Lammto has ALWAYS responded, and has ALWAYS supplied the assistance I've needed. No hassle warranty support and have sent firmware updates, and instructions when I needed it. Overall, I strongly recommend Lammto Car Play systems. Especially if you have an older car, with no support for your OEM head unit.

I bought two of these, one for my truck and one for my wife’s car. I will say it was great at the start, but after a couple of weeks, my wife began having problems connecting to it. Once it connected, the Bluetooth would turn on and off and sometimes wouldn’t connect, and if it did, the sound was horrible. The same thing started happening to mine; I would be talking on hands-free, then it would disconnect from Bluetooth, and it would only go through the smart screen, which I couldn’t hear very well, and the microphone quality sucks. I wanted to like this product, but it’s way too expensive. I would’ve chalked it up to user error if it only happened with one unit, but it happened to both. Not to mention, the Bluetooth has a massive delay. The screen looks marvelous, and being able to download apps on it is great, but the quality is very poor, and it overheats extremely quickly.

Easy to Install. Did not even have to go through the user manual. Google Maps navigation shows a wide view of the Maps. The Rear camera provides a wide view while backing up. And also provides Loop Recording of the rear camera on the SD Card. Split View gives access to multiple apps at the same time. Very useful when using navigation. It has in built speakers, but I use AUX cable to send output to Car audio system. Hands free calling with Phone and Whatsapp. And Voice commands to Maps and Gemini also is very helpful. I was able to even manage my Google account as well from a browser on the device. And even Youtube and Netflix videos are nice to watch (while not driving ofcourse !) And wide variety of apps are available to try out. It has Android based operating system, so the apps and OS are upgradeable. This turned out to be a very good upgrade to a 15 year old car. Happy.

4/5. Product is great, but the mount just randomly snapped off and permanently broke out of nowhere while i was driving after a month of use. My Lamtto 11" Portable Carplay Screen has been absolutely incredible since the day it arrived. It set up very easily and has stayed intact since I bought it. Its been over a month and its exactly what I wanted to revamp my out-of-date car stereo without pulling out and installing a new system over multiple hours. This lamtto runs perfect, very very fast, high fps, incredible screen quality, and connects to everything quickly without issue. Rating 4/5 because after a month I was just driving to the store and out of nowhere the screen fell off my dashboard onto the floor because the mount just randomly cracked and not able to be fixed so without a new adjustable mount I can't really use it anymore.

At first I was a bit concerned with the large screen, but it is very long and narrow which is great. It is wide to have multiple apps open at the same time and not too tall so you can still easily see over it. Comes with several different mount options, including multiple adhesive and a suction type. The suction mount hold well even over rough roads. This was a great buy to upgrade my old car to support Android Auto. It also easily connects to the AUX port on my radio so I have Bluetooth audio.

Stay away, far away this unit is horrible for $200 this will only connect to your cell phone and unless you have data on your phone it will not act as a stand-alone GPS as advertised. Also, good luck trying to connect it to your cars blue tooth and your cell phone at the same time I tried several times, and I could not get it to work. The value for the money is poor and the connectivity is useless. By the way I work for the IT department for a university so yes, I do know how to work something that should be simple which turned into a nightmare.

I drive an older car without a built-in infotainment system, and this LAMTTO 11" screen basically brought it up to modern standards overnight. The display is large, bright, and super clear—even in direct sunlight, which surprised me. The 60FPS responsiveness makes everything feel smooth, not laggy like some cheaper units. Setup was way easier than I thought. I had it mounted and connected to wireless CarPlay within minutes. It automatically reconnects every time I start the car, so I don’t have to mess with cables anymore. Navigation, calls, music—it all works seamlessly. One of my favorite features is the split-screen capability. I can have maps on one side and music or apps on the other, which makes long drives way more convenient. The built-in backup camera is also a huge bonus—clear image and reliable, especially at night. Performance-wise, the system feels fast and stable thanks to the 8-core processor. Apps load quickly, and I haven’t experienced freezing or crashes so far. It also supports Android Auto and even Google Play apps, which adds a lot of flexibility. If I had to point out one minor thing, the mounting position can take a bit of trial and error to get just right depending on your dashboard—but once it’s set, it stays solid. Overall, for the price, this feels like a major upgrade. If your car doesn’t have a modern screen or you just want a bigger, better interface, this is 100% worth it.
