The whole table and two chairs came in a flat box. Much to my delight, it wasn't that hard to assemble. The instructions were great and the result made me very happy. You never know when you are just seeing photos of merchandise, and this item exceeded my expectations. I love when you can put together a complicated DIY kit and you don't need therapy afterwards. Now I have a nice looking and well made table and chairs in my cottage.

I love this! I have a tiny apartment and seldom have company but wanted to eat off something besides my work desk. It completes my small living space. Was easy to put together and hopefully won't wobble when I use it. I might end up customizing the marble surface but just bc I want to. :) Only thing is the gold legs are a darker Dijon mustard color and not the bright gold as pictured.

Update: it's been over a year and table and seats are holding up very well! Cute and easy to assemble. Sturdy and a nice tabletop that cleans up easily. Sturdy square stools that I bought nice 14" square seat pads for. They hide away under the table easily and could also be used as a side table in a pinch. My only complaint is that all the screws are silver and table is white. The screws all really stand out...and not in a good way. I roughed them up the best I could and painted them with special paint and it helped the look considerably!

I bought this table for my kitchen to replace my old hardwood table. It’s a very beautiful table. The table itself is very sturdy not very susceptible to water, stains, or anything like that but the benches are not great. It’s just the seating part it sells where the foam is it’s very flimsy my one bench has already broken through in two spots. Don’t try and put your knee on it or anything pressure in one spot will break a hole through your bench.
