I am THRILLED with this Lain SE Lite Hair Dryer. As a curly haired girl, I have a Dyson at home and my hair takes FOREVER to dry so to find a travel dryer that can actually pack enough power as my Dyson is quite a feat. My stylist told me about this hairdryer and initially I ordered the full power, heavier model, which was too much like my Dyson, which is way too heavy to travel with. I returned that and found this SE Lite model and I am thrilled with it. I'm on a trip right now and have stayed in various Inns and Hotels on the east coast where is it freezing! The heat level is perfect on all settings; cool, medium hot & hot and there are 2 air flow settings. Initially, I thought that the cord was overly long but now that I've had to use it in hotels or Inns where the bathroom is super small and my partner wants to be in there, I can easily take it elsewhere and it has enough cord that I can still use it and find a nearby mirror. I think it was worth the price. The only thing I am a tad concerned about is the diffuser attachment as it doesn't have a magnet to click it on like my Dyson does and it feels a little insecure. So far, so good but I can see that becoming an issue. I wish it had the satisfaction of a magnetic "click" but providing it doesn't crack, it seems okay.

Updated to 5 stars! First of all, customer service reached out to me. I explained my issue and sent them pics. They promptly sent me a replacement and the attachment on the new one stays perfectly! So my review change is not only based on the customer service, but also truly on the product. I really do love it! **Hair dries ok, but for the price point I expected better. The reviews about the directional nozzle not staying on are legit! I mean, it pops off All. Of. The. Time. I’m not taping it, like someone else suggested … not for a $90 hair dryer! As a “Dyson Dupe” why are these not magnetic? I’m pretty sure I’ll be returning this before my 30 days are up. I was so excited for this so I’m pretty disappointed.

Love this hairdryer, but my dead son’s ashes should’ve been packed as strongly as this hairdryer. It took a hammer to break down the cardboard, and the boxes thing was in ridiculous. It’s a shame because I love the product. We never order again just cause it’s too hard to break down.
