I got this ladder for my husband who does construction work and it has been wonderful! He tells me all of the time how light weight the ladder is compared to other name brands. It’s very easy to use, and he always compliments the way the ladder sits on the ground with the feet being very comfortably on the ground. It doesn’t rock back n forth and is very stable on the ground. It is also cheap in regards to other ladders like it! Being a great value! I got him the 12 foot which was plenty big enough to reach for his needs, but he did say he’d liked to have had the taller one!

Amazing ladder. We needed a ladder to climb to the roof to clean solar panels. This one was just the right solution. Long enough. Folds for storage in a small garage. Great price.

The media could not be loaded. This is NOT a 14' tall ladder. It's 11' tall at the fully extended position. 3' is a huge difference when it comes to a ladder you think you're getting vs. what you actually receive. It's likely that 14' is the "reach height," which is the manufacturer's estimation of the highest point an average-sized person can reach while standing safely on the ladder. Nowhere in the product description, photos, or title for this product is 14' mentioned as a "reach height." Thus, I consider the 14' to be disingenuous advertising. Furthermore, this ladder feels very narrow. The standing width of the rungs is ~11.75 inches. This causes the ladder to not feel particularly stable in the extended position. I'm 6'0" tall, weigh 180 pounds, and am not particularly risk adverse, but I would be very hesitant to climb to the highest position with any sort of tool bag or to move in any way that shifts my weight. The max load weight is listed at 330 pounds, but the notion that a person weighing that much can climb high up this ladder safely is laughable.
