bought this on jan. 3 and six weeks later (feb,12) bought a second one.Not the same as the first but advertised as such.Design has been changed and is unsafe to use in tandem with the first. Don't know why is has changed. NOT HAPPY!!!!! UPDATE==seller sent a new ladder to match the first one. will work perfectly!! very happy with the great customer service. would give five stars instead of four stars because of the hassle to fix this problem.Would buy from this seller again.

It's a little on the heavy side (female), but there's so much about it that's awesome. It easily folds with a click of the lever, the noise let's you know it's in place. Im 5'8", 170 lbs. So I need the stability wide rungs offer. It's made very well with good materials, just the ticket for home repairs and use.

I'm using it around the house for cleaning, painting and misc things, even as a portable work table. It been great, hasn't given my much problem. Yeah, when I go to Home Depot I see better quality latters but this on has done me well. If I was contractor and using it daily and throwing it truck all the time, I would get something different. For needs it's been great.

The ladder itself is good and sturdy. But the aluminum "plates" to stand on bent during the very first use. My nephew almost fell off. I cannot seem to get in touch with the seller and Amazon cannot help so I am left with a bent "plate" that is not usable and a ladder. Be very careful!
