Day 1 Review This chair is solidly built and easy to assemble—I managed it solo in about 10–15 minutes without breaking a sweat (or calling for backup). It’s labeled “big and tall,” for reference, I’m 5'5" and, let’s just say, pleasantly fluffy 😆 (photos included for science). The seat is nice and wide, though not super deep—so if you’ve got a generous back porch, keep that in mind. My back feels supported, and the cushion is thick and comfy. If it feels like you’re sitting too straight, just give the tension knob a few turns and relax. The top of the chair hits mid-head for me. Height and tilt adjustments? Smooth as butter. I added rollerblade wheels because carpet and standard casters are not friends. I’ll update on durability later. For context, my old Serta chair has survived seven years of daily abuse and is still hanging in there—fingers crossed this one ages just as gracefully. ... show more

seat was easy to assemble, rolls easily, and it's been a huge improvement over my old chair. My lower back isn't sore after sitting at the PC for 4-5 hours anymore. The reclining tension is pretty high by default, I had to crank and crank and crank the tension knob to lower it to where I could lean back easily, but it got there, might be easier if you're heavier. I haven't tried that many chairs to compare to, but I'm satisfied with the purchase and the price. ... show more

I have several La-Z-Boy office chairs and I love most of them; this one is junk. It feels flimsy and the headrest is too low (I'm 6' 2" and it hits my shoulder blades) and too pronounced (it pushes shorter people's heads too far forward). Not for big and tall. Very uncomfortable. For the price seems like an utter waste of money. Adjustment is not easy either. Back support is bad. At best this for someone who is 5ft 2in to 5ft 6in

Most comfortable home office chair I've ever owned. I have worked from home for decades. Most office chairs in the "Home office price range" either are uncomfortable, wear out quickly or start to squeak. This chair does none of these and is super comfortable to boot.
