This chair is definitely not worth the $400.00 I paid for it. I arrived in a torn box with the packing tape loose all around and several holes poked in it. Thankfully all the parts were there and I got it together. It is supposed to be for big and tall people but the $99 chair I got in Staples 20 years ago is more suited to a big person. It's just not very comfortable. I'm not tall but I'm heavy. I bought La Z Boy because I've had their recliners and they're great. Office chairs, not so much. Hopefully I'll get used to this, at least it looks nice. ... show more

I like how it looks & it is comfortable what I don't like is the wheels but maybe they'll get better with time.
