Our daughter loves her new bed! It looks fantastic in her bedroom and was relatively easy to assemble. We’re very happy with our purchase and are now considering buying another one for our other daughter (if it can be assembled in the opposite corner). One thing to note is that the material is fabric rather than velvet, which wasn’t entirely clear from the pictures. However, we don’t mind the difference. Additionally, the storage shelf is quite narrow and can barely fit a water bottle (but it’s ok). A small suggestion for the seller: including a battery for the LED light remote would be a thoughtful touch, saving customers the hassle of finding one separately! ... show more

WATCH OUT!!!! If I could give the company a 0 star I would. My daughter was very excited for her big girl bed. When I opened the box , I noticed how the color was a light pink in which in the picture it was a darker pink. The pink was suppose to match other furniture in her room. So that was annoying. As I started setting the bed up, the screws seemed used and dirty and all the lettering for the screw package were different fonts , sizes , and shades that made it look dirty. The pieces of the furniture were not labeled correctly which made it difficult at times to figure out which piece went where. A piece of the furniture had a tear and the company’s response was it doesn’t affect the use of the bed because that part doesn’t show. The leveling of the bed was off center so it was wobbly until my dad add parts to make it sturdy. One of the screws was broken to a piece that they screwed together. We were also confused when certain parts were covered by the fabric by the wooded screws that were supposed to go there so that also made putting the bed together confusing. This should have taken like 2.5 hrs but it took 4 hrs . Last but not least towards the end of putting the bed together we noticed we were missing pieces. I wanted to send this bed back so bad to get a refund. I feel like I’m stuck with a product I am not happy with. I contacted customer service and they said the color change was a slight difference which it wasn’t. They offered 10% refund for the holes being covered and they said they would send the missing pieces. The whole experience with them was deceiving and inconvenient. I would never buy anything from them again I shared a color of the color discrepancy as well from the picture they showed vs the color I got ... show more

My kid is so in love with this bed. Before the it arrived she did not stay in her room. For the last few days I’ve barely seen her. The initial reaction will forever be a core memory for me. The assembly is a labor of love, and very much worth it! But it was smooth, the tools are included and nothing was missing. Arrived in two separate boxes ours came about 3weeks early. The trundle comes out smoothly on the floor. However as a diy woman. Best advice is to put trundle together first so when you put the bed together you know it will fit properly, instead of waiting until the last minute and it don’t fit.The remote for the lights do require a battery, however there app is available to control it. To me the app is better for lighting because the color scale is more vast than the remotes. ... show more
