They shipped me the wrong style of couch but the right style for the ottoman resulting in a mismatched set. The cushions had almost no filling at all. Had back pains after sitting for even the smallest amount of time. The velcro used to attach the cushions to the back of the couch was not very strong, cushions kept ripping off and falling. Package arrived ripped up and falling apart. The ottoman was the only part of this set that I would recommend. The ottoman was high quality with a very nice hydraulic lever that kept the lid up when using the storage function and was easy to put down to close the ottoman. Very nice! However when we put it together we had to bend a piece to get it to fit properly? It’s a very nice couch for the price but it has REALLY firm in the seats. If you’re looking for firm couches that are comfy and easy to get out of then YES this is the couch for you! My grandma who has bad knees loves that she can get out of it, the only thing that knocks the stars is the bent piece and the firmness that it doesn’t really tell you about. I also have animals and it takes a normal lint roller better than my recliner chair! ... show more

The seat is nice and firm, the back cushions, only one ended up being firm, while the others barely have any stuffing. They look wrinkly and sad. That is disappointing and slightly uncomfortable. No zippers so it is not like I can add stuffing. We were missing 3 screws, so had to go to the hardware store. ... show more
