Totally unacceptable, came with a tear in it, a broken latch where the couch hooks together, thread is already coming undone- just set it up on Friday, May 9 and now I have to return it, smaller than pictures and dimensions given. The fabric underneath the couch is hanging on the floor. It is so upsetting. I read other reviews and did not think I would have the same experience but it's even worse and it cost $600 with tax 😡. We just had to purchase another living room set and are in the process of returning this one.

I thought the product was really good for the price but one critical piece needed for the assembly was defective and I had to try to figure out how to replicate a metal piece designed to hold the top and bottom together. I did the best I could. It's a little wobbly but not serious. Without that, I'd give it a 5 star review.

It was easy to put together. The couch color is nice. It's kinda hard and stiff but I'm okay with that. I don't want people to get too comfortable lol sit for afew hours then leave and don't sleep on it

Very disappointed, it’s like sitting on a rock. Threads are already pulling out, there is a couple spots that look worn and faded right out of the box. And Amazon is giving me difficulty in trying to return this. I would stay away from this couch.
