Honestly this is more of a deep conditioner vibe more than a hair mask, I have 2a/2b hair and use it to detangle in the shower, and while my hair does feel a bit more soft after, it has not improved the health of my hair by much. I definitely still have issues with tangles, as someone with bleached and dyed hair i would recommend something different for curly girls, and damaged hair girls.
