Tik Tok was right. This is the better mask compared to the dove intensive repair one. This has a nice smell and really feels great on my hair. I feel like starting the abby yung method and using mostly Pantene and OGX has healed my hair from the damage done by bs expensive products. My hair is feeling and looking better than it has in about ten years. I have thyroid issues and PCOS so those that know know this is a huge struggle and really hurts a person's confidence.
