I cant say enough about this product. a couple months ago I decided my hair needed some healing ( I straighten it irregularly, but enough that I started to notice some damage). I researched a bunch of hair masks and conditioners, and was skeptical. In the end I ordered this because it was so much cheaper than anything else I was finding. I loved it from the first use! It is a very thick consistency, and smells amazing. My hair was so much softer after the very fist use. After several weeks I noticed an improvement in the overall health of my hair. It is softer and shinier looking, less split ends, slightly less frizzy, and seems to have grown a bit as well! I use it once or twice a week. there are lots of different ways to apply a hair mask, but this is what works best for me... I shampoo my hair then rinse. I brush out my hair after this. I then take some of this mask (it does not take a lot! maybe a gumball sized scoop- my hair is pretty long) and work it into my hair from my chin down. I sometimes I will braid it, or just throw it up into a bun. Then I let it sit in my hair for 5 to 10 minutes. Some people recommended getting out of the shower, but I found it works best for me to just keep my head out of the water spray (I usually wash my body, shave, ect while I wait). Then I rinse it out for just a few seconds. I found if I stand under the water for too long to rinse it I loose some of the benefits (my hair isn't as soft afterwards), but not rinsing it all out left my head itchy (not in an allergic reaction type way...I think because it is so thick). I will note that I did stop straightening my hair completely, and so it is not entirely possible to tell what benefits are from the mask. I have had it for about three months, and I still have about half the container left! This hair mask not only woks, but is super affordable. I love this hair product. It smells amazing. It is very thick which I prefer compared to runny conditioners. Rinsing it out is easy and afterwards my hair is super soft and feels amazing. I use it once a week as a conditioning mask and so far it has been perfect!

It works really well, like a conditioner (detangled your hair after putting in). I dont have much to say about the color. Doesn't dye your hair or anything and makes my hair feel super soft.
