I was actually gonna send this item back because all of the parts. Also it had a few scuffs. But I kept it. Feels sturdy, a bit difficult to put together. You definitely need at least 2 people. It took my brother 2 days. We haven’t gotten the curtains up yet so I don’t have final picture.

The unit came in with several damaged pieces. Since I was having an event in my yard I had no choice but to assemble it as is. The manufacturer, although responsive, could offer no real solution. They told me it would take weeks to ship the new part and offered me $20 to cover my inconvenience. Amazon customer service was no better. They told me if I had an issue and couldn't resolve it with the manufacturer to ship all 5 boxes back. They also screwed me, along with UPS, on the delivery. All in all it looks ok and was no challenge to build. I did learn my lesson not to order large items from Amazon because they offer little if no support if you have an issue.

The gazebo itself was a 5 star. The packaging was great and only a few pieces had small dents. The reason for 3 stars comes down to 1) very poor customer service, 2) no mention where you could find the instructions without having to open every box, 3) horrible instructions on how to assemble. There was one step that took my wife and I over an hour to determine what was needed to complete the step. They details were difficult to read due to the font size use. 4) they state 2 people 6 hrs in one description and yet the instructions state you’ll need 5 people. 5 adults at a minimum is needed and you should count on a minimum of 8 hrs to unpack and construct this gazebo. Once finished, the gazebo looks great.

If I could recommend this to everyone I would. This is the best part of my porch. I got two of them to make a 28ft porch. I would buy this 100x over. Amazing. Me (38) and my mom (69) put it up together in one day! Purchased this you won’t be disappointed!!!!
