This little gazebo is an incredible find and a great value. It was one of the less-expensive options available to make a covered area for our Weber grill. I chose it because it had a hard metal roof with a good slope and a classic style. The kit exceeded expectations beyond expectation! First off, the packaging was like nothing previously encountered. Inside the heavy cardboard box was a wooden crate in which each component was wrapped individually and clearly labeled with stickers. The hardware was actually organized in a tray - amazing! The directions were very easy to follow. It took the two of us less than a day to put the gazebo together with hardly a hitch. We are better than average DIY-ers, but anyone who has ever assembled just about anything should have no trouble. You do need at least two people. Using clamps is helpful. We are so pleased with the finished product. It looks fantastic and is a great addition to our outdoor space. Also, customer service is very good. Despite the over-the-top packaging, one of the shelves had a very small dent with a tiny crack, which could rust over time. I sent a message to the seller, with requested pictures, etc. Before we knew it, there was a new shelf delivered to our door!

The parts came in a tough outer wooden frame and lots of wrapping to protect the pieces. Even then, some roof tiles and the roof top beam got a bit scratched and bent during shipping. They were still salvageable and it didn't seem worth sending it back. I'm giving 5 stars for the value I feel I got for the money, despite minor damage in transit. The instructions say this requires 2-4 people. I did it by myself (took me about 3hrs) but would not recommend it. Would've been handy to have someone else hold the other sides while connecting the frame pieces. I leaned two against the house and steadied the rest while putting in bolts. To connect the roof beams, I used the plastic wrap the beams came in - tied one end of the beam to the cross roof beam, then got on the ladder to attach the other side. Once one side was in, I could undo the plastic tie and attach that side. Overall the instructions were clear and easy to follow, every piece marked. One word of warning to avoid having to redo anything - look *very* carefully at the diagrams at every step to make sure you have things oriented correctly. The instructions don't always call things out but studying the diagrams longer than you think you need to will eventually make you go "ahhh". If you don't already have one, get a set of allen wrench drill bits for your powerdrill to save time over using the allen wrench they supplied with the kit. The instructions tell you to put the plastic caps on the nuts as you go. I decided to wait til the end and I'm glad I did because I needed to go around and tighten some of the bolts a bit more after everything was plumb and stable. Overall, I'm happy and think most people will be.

great addition to the back yard, installed in 8 hours by my self... just need ladders to hold cross bar during assembly. only down side is they must send the roof sheet metal screws by weight for I needed 20 more to finish assembly

Overall, we are happy with what we received and for the price. We did shop around and this seemed like the best buy. So, it came in 6 boxes and the parts were not in order of construction; however, most of the boxes were labeled with what parts were in each box. We finally found the instructions in the last box. We separated all the parts per each step, and were happy to find all parts were accounted for. It took us 7 hours with 4 people continuously working on it and 3 more people helping intermittently. Directions were good, got tripped up a couple of times, but easily corrected. The mosquito net is nice , but we have used the solid curtain the most to keep out rain. That said, the roof has not leaked either and it has weathered several storms already. It is a nice shaded area to under while the sun bathers are on the deck. We use a large belt driven fan to produce wind if nature is not providing. We are pleased with this product and use it often. We were very happy that we purchased the 10x16 size, and have used every inch of the covered space. Fingers crossed that it endures winter and will continue to provide several years of coverage.

We looked at a lot of gazebos and checked a lot of reviews. Almost all of them from Amazon and other places said that parts came damaged and it was hard to put together. We decided to go with this purchase from Amazon and we are very happy with it. It came in five or six very well packaged heavy boxes. Most other reviews we checked, said pieces were damaged and we only had one corner of one roof panel that we had to bend out a corner of it. It took two whole Saturdays and three adults to complete it. A couple of times we had four adults to move it into place. One adult on each post. The instructions weren’t over detailed but they were not impossible to figure out if you follow the pictures. We are very happy with it. It’s very sturdy. This is meant to be a permanent structure. It’s too heavy to move around.

It has been about a year since I bought this Gazebo. Its important to check for dents in the product. I had one dent but overall it was ok. It has held up to 40mph winds builted down of course. Along with heavy rain and snow. You have to scrap the snow off the top if it is heavy in order to make your gazebo last. The pvc panels are lighweight and may need to be replaced after a while. Because the panels are transparent it creates a sun room essentially. This product will definitely upgrade your space and make outdoor parties comfortable. If you keep up with it you will have it for longer than you expect.
