I love this little suit! She is so much more comfortable in it than the cone! She can eat, drink and sleep normally in it. Shes not a fan of wearing clothes but doesn’t seem to mind it and I love that the design lets me fold up the belly part over her back and put the flap over it to let her Potty without taking the whole thing off. She very tiny only 4.5 lbs and smallest size does work for her. I could also see using this with a pad to catch heat drippings. She can push the leg whole enough to clean herself but her stitches are higher than that so she can’t get to them. If your stitch’s are lower that could be a problem. But this works wonderfully for her! ... show more

These are so cute and functional! Our puppy started her period before our scheduled appointment to have her fixed. We got a cloth diaper thing to hold a maxi pad in place but she would take it off! I purchased this to use for after my dog’s spay surgery. It does just what it’s supposed to! It covers her so that there’s no worries about her scratching or licking her incision. It’s easy to undo and roll up for when she goes on potty breaks. She is comfortable in it and wears it to sleep at night as well. It’s easy to put on as long as your dog will stand up for you. I have to coax mine to stand while I put hers on. I didn’t give this 5 stars because of the sizing. Based on her weight, 55 lbs, I bought an xl. It’s fine, but a little short. I ordered a double xl and that’s a little big. The length from neck to tail is the issue for her. I use the xl more than the double xl. The fabric stretches a little and she’s comfortable enough. I do recommend this “shirt” as it sure is a preferable option to using a cone!! ... show more

I recommend sizing up. Got a size large for my Doberman puppy (who happens to be on the smaller side) and it fits very awkward around her chest/neck. Quality is not great. Ripped the very first day around the collar.

Fits true to size. Our 13 year old dog had to have surgery on her stomach to remove a growth. She has never worn any type of garment before and doesn't seem to mind this at all. Very soft and comfortable. Definitely better than the cone of shame she wore when she got fixed.

My 6 month old rescue puppy was neutered and hated wearing a cone. Honestly, I have never had an animal who liked wearing one. I saw these on Amazon and thought how great that would be. He could eat, drink, sleep and so much more without the cone. My only problem was my puppy was a little long for the medium and the large would be way to large. He weighs 17 lbs. So actually the problem was more the size of my dog but we still managed to use it even if it didn't fit properly.
