I love my unit! The assembly was a pain due to so many hex bolts which I detest, nevertheless it was worth it! Several pieces arrived damaged. I believe this was due to shipping and not a vendor quality control issue. Reaching out to the vendor for replacement pieces was easy. They are attentive and took care of replacements and missing bolts. Awesome customer service! The seat cushions feel sturdy. The Velcro works to help cushions in place. I am short, and my husband is average height so no complaints as far as it sitting low, as others have complained about. For us, it’s perfect! Our unit sits under a soft top canopy. I did apply Scotchgard to all cushions to ensure water does not deep through. No issues thus far. I will need to figure out a way of keeping stray cats from the sofa, as it’s driving me crazy to find cat hairs and foot prints on them! At the moment, the temporary fix has been to slant the sofa pieces in an angle to prevent cats from getting on them when the unit is not in use. This set is big, sturdy and came with a lot of extra pieces if needed, right down to a roll of the rattan in case some area needs to be replaced, plus extra feet. The bottom cushions are held on by Velcro, a nice added touch. They’re firm and substantial. Not wild about the material as it is a slicker material. The throw pillows I bought separately are slick material too so they don’t want to stay sitting up. Prob made with this material to help with outside wear and tear. Now on to the cushion backs…I literally kept them out to fluff on their own for well over a week. There’s just simply not enough stuffing in the back cushions. I took out the bag inside each, bought 4 $6 standard pillows from target cut open the pillows, pulled out it’s stuffing and stuffed each one a lot more. Folded the end down and shoved them back inside the backs. They’re perfect now. The really nice detail is that these back cushions are tied onto the back of each chair. So no worrying with cushions falling off or shifting too much, at least not now that they’re stuffed full in the back. My set will not get weather as it is under a section of patio that is covered. This set took us about one and a half hrs to two hours to put together (using a battery operated screw driver) and we are much happier with the extra stuffing inside the backs. Obviously, this will cause a problem for anyone trying to return them to cut anything. So don’t plan on returning them if you do. The only thing we haven’t done yet is put on the pieces to connect them but after reading other reviews we will boil them first to ensure no issues. Oh, lastly, we ordered the turquoise color and it’s really bright and beautiful. We also have two small black dogs and there is no hiding the hair on these. Just keep a lint roller nearby. Otherwise we are happy with the attention to detail on this set. The pros outweigh the cons for the money on this set. The furniture, itself, is good. It took a while to assemble and the cushions are lacking (too thin). We replaced the cushions and the setup is a lot better.

I wanted a cheaper outdoor patio set to watch the kiddos out back while reading. This did the job and I am pleasantly surprised with how durable and comfy the cushions are. I love that it came with a matching coffee table and that you can rearrange the sections if you so choose.

This is a great piece of furniture for the price. After looking at several sets of $1200 and up we decided to go with this to see if it was something we would like. There are lots of different options out there but I chose this one because of the straps and velcro strips on the cushions, the price, and the slightly higher back than others in this price range. It looks great and we have gotten many compliments on it. As for functionality and comfort, it is not very comfortable for taller, bigger individuals. The backs and arms are much lower than a traditional sofa and the bottoms cushions are fairly thin. However, we were aware of that beforehand, and if you want something bigger and more comfortable you need to spend well over 1k. As many reviews have mentioned, yes, assembly is a pain. It took me several hours to build all of the pieces, it is not hard, just tedious in my opinion. Having more than 1 individual would definitely help speed up the process, but it can be done solo. I am interested to see how it holds up through the summer. In summary, are there better options? Probably. However, not in the price range, and as of now I would buy this again. ... show more

I am not one to write reviews but I really feel it is necessary when it comes to this product. The couch is very comfortable and easy to put together. We had one cushion that was faulty and wouldn’t expand when it was opened from the package. We gave it 36 hours just incase before reaching out to customer support. They were very helpful in the process and it wasn’t a hassle to get a replacement cushion. All I had to do was send them photos, it wasn’t a dragged out process like it is sometimes with companies to get a replacement part. Just the customer support alone is why I would recommend this product, but it is also wicked comfortable. ... show more

I researched for a long time before purchasing this sectional and I’m glad I did. I didnt want to spend a lot and this is surprisingly great for how cheap it was. We have had it for over a year now and we keep it under a wood/metal gazebo. It does get some rain and sun but it doesn’t look any different than the day my husband put it together.
