Got the 8 piece set with fire table - it was delivered promptly in about 4 days in 6 boxes, 3 for the seating, 3 for the fire table. The engineering that went into the packing was amazing. The way the parts were fit together removed the need for internal padding and foam corners and all that stuff. Also made the boxes smaller than I thought they would be, and easier to manage. A little tough to get at the cushions, but I was busy marveling at how everything fit. Unlike other made-in-china products I've assembled, this set had real thought put into the assembly process. -The bolts and washers and stuff used were exactly the right size needed - no more, no less - this removed the need for power tools, as there wasn't an extra half inch of bolt/screw that needed screwing in. -There was an easy-to follow complete instruction packet included in EVERY box with extra parts for everything, and the needed Allen wrench included in every set. They didn't cheap out on that. -The parts were labeled as is typical - 'Part A' 'Part B', etc...but they were also stickered in plain terms like 'corner sofa back'. -Every bolt hole lined up exactly as it should, the needed couch parts were boxed together to keep things handy, stickers were all placed in spots that couldn't be seen after assembly, they include extra rattan material to fix holes.... ....I could go on and on, but just know that this manufacturer really really put some time into making the assembly process as smooth as could be. It took about 3 hours total over the course of a couple evenings to put together, but it was almost a joy to do! The furniture itself displays the same kind of thoughtful engineering, with steel braces where they would be most effective for sturdiness, ties on the cushions to keep them in place, velcro for the seat cushions to keep them in place, hidden bolt holes, solid clips to change up modular configurations, and other great stuff you can read about in other reviews. It's fairly comfortable furniture - the cushions are a slight bit thin, but denser than regular foam you would find in patio furniture, so my 215lb butt doesn't bottom out or anything. Backs are high enough, and we were able to flexibly configure the set to our space. How happy am I with the purchase? It's been 2 days since we put the set out, and I'm back here on Amazon buying another smaller set for the back porch. That's how happy I am! ... show more

We love this outdoor patio set for our screened in porch! The instructions were detailed and relatively easy to follow if you pay attention to the details. It took several hours to complete both the sectional and fire pit table, and two people are required for assembly. The cushion fabric is durable and water repellent and the weave brown texture of the furniture itself is made well. For the fire pit table, we love that it included the clear marbles, glass shield, and both a metal cover to protect the center and a plastic cover to keep it all clean. The fire pit table is also nice compared to other sets online because the propane tank sits underneath of it (not a separate unit) and it neatly stores away in an easy sliding door. The seller was very responsive, always replying within 24 hours, and helped us on two occasions described below. First, Amazon only provided one tracking number for the entire set but this set comes in several large boxes. The seller was very helpful in providing the additional tracking numbers. Second, we bought this set in April and within only a few months, we noticed the seat cushions were starting to show indents. I reached out to the seller and they immediately offered to reimburse me for replacement seat cushions. We really appreciated their willingness to immediately ensure we were happy customers and that the cushions were up to our expectations. Thanks so much! ... show more

I really love this set! I purchased the 8 piece set, and wish I would have gotten the 13 piece set even. I researched for months, comparing Amazon to big box stores. I read through review after review, and compared price for value. I agree with many reviews you'll see for this seller and product; great quality product for the price, fairly fast delivery, and some patience needed for assembly. The assembly is not hard - just tedious and will take some time. It took my very skilled husband about 3 hours (with two small children climbing, "helping", and creating some general overall distraction) to put our set together. Our 8 piece set delivered in a total of 5 boxes over multiple deliveries. Heed the word of those that have purchased: you likely will not receive it all in one delivery. We were skeptical and messaged the seller to ensure remaining pieces were indeed expected after the first delivery, and received a very prompt reply with assurances it is multiple deliveries forthcoming. I'd purchase again in a heartbeat, and may actually purchase a 7 piece set matching our 8 piece set to fill out our outdoor space and provide extra seating for entertaining. ... show more

Really great patio set for my small’ish deck. I actually accidentally ordered the 7 piece set and realized it was the 8 pc set. That was initially my fault for not paying attention but also amazons fault for not acknowledging my canceling before the other item shipped. Anyhow, point is is that the seller was very communicative throughout it all. They ended up delivering both sets to us but because I liked the 8pc so much, I offered up the 7pc to my brother. The Cushions for the 8pc already came with the tan/beige covers but the gray I initially ordered arrived separately. Had the set for about three weeks. Will update with wear and tear over time. The cushions are standard…not premium cushions by any means but I’ve sat on thinner cushions. So far, very happy with it. ... show more
