We ordered the 13 piece set including the fire pit table. The boxes did arrive in multiple shipments over a couple of days. The items arrived without any damage or missing items. Assembly was not hard, but it was time consuming. The way the holes are setup on most of the pieces you cannot use an impact driver or similar so you have to do them by hand. Not the end of the world, but it added time to the process. With the 13 piece set there is a lot to build, but it's pretty easy to do once you do the first one or two and get the concept. For assembly, be sure you have "real" wrenches. The ones provided will work, but real wrenches will make the hand tightened items go faster. The fire table is a game changer. We are using it almost daily. We had a wood fire pit before and now being able to just hit a button to have the fire and then turn it off has been very nice. Assembly was pretty easy, just be gentle with the rails that support the slide out for the propane tank, they are plastic and too much pressure can break them. The cushions are comfortable for what they are, given it's an outdoor set that is meant to be weathered. I wouldn't sleep on these or anything, but they are comfy enough to use to relax with friends or family for a few hours. The configuration options are also nice. Since the setup is largely modular, you can switch around the arrangement and go from a large L couch on one side and a sofa with 4 seats on the other side to having a love seat and a bunch of individual chairs in a few minutes. We can't say how this setup does in the weather over time since we have only had them a short time, but the cushions do repel light rain/water easily with just a quick brush off and towel dry and you are ready to go. When the cushions do get wetter than just a spray they dry pretty quickly if you have sunshine to work with. For the price, I would highly recommend this set, no matter the number of pieces. I will also say the company behind them is solid. Directions were easy to follow, every hardware pack had at least a few extra of each nut/bolt/washer, and the items were organized well within the packaging. There were constant reminders of where and how to get help (we didn't end up needing any, but we knew it was there if we did). Overall, highly recommended. ... show more

    • Some of the best packing and assembly I've seen
Got the 8 piece set with fire table - it was delivered promptly in about 4 days in 6 boxes, 3 for the seating, 3 for the fire table. The engineering that went into the packing was amazing. The way the parts were fit together removed the need for internal padding and foam corners and all that stuff. Also made the boxes smaller than I thought they would be, and easier to manage. A little tough to get at the cushions, but I was busy marveling at how everything fit. Unlike other made-in-china products I've assembled, this set had real thought put into the assembly process. -The bolts and washers and stuff used were exactly the right size needed - no more, no less - this removed the need for power tools, as there wasn't an extra half inch of bolt/screw that needed screwing in. -There was an easy-to follow complete instruction packet included in EVERY box with extra parts for everything, and the needed Allen wrench included in every set. They didn't cheap out on that. -The parts were labeled as is typical - 'Part A' 'Part B', etc...but they were also stickered in plain terms like 'corner sofa back'. -Every bolt hole lined up exactly as it should, the needed couch parts were boxed together to keep things handy, stickers were all placed in spots that couldn't be seen after assembly, they include extra rattan material to fix holes.... ....I could go on and on, but just know that this manufacturer really really put some time into making the assembly process as smooth as could be. It took about 3 hours total over the course of a couple evenings to put together, but it was almost a joy to do! The furniture itself displays the same kind of thoughtful engineering, with steel braces where they would be most effective for sturdiness, ties on the cushions to keep them in place, velcro for the seat cushions to keep them in place, hidden bolt holes, solid clips to change up modular configurations, and other great stuff you can read about in other reviews. It's fairly comfortable furniture - the cushions are a slight bit thin, but denser than regular foam you would find in patio furniture, so my 215lb butt doesn't bottom out or anything. Backs are high enough, and we were able to flexibly configure the set to our space. How happy am I with the purchase? It's been 2 days since we put the set out, and I'm back here on Amazon buying another smaller set for the back porch. That's how happy I am! ... show more

We love this outdoor patio set for our screened in porch! The instructions were detailed and relatively easy to follow if you pay attention to the details. It took several hours to complete both the sectional and fire pit table, and two people are required for assembly. The cushion fabric is durable and water repellent and the weave brown texture of the furniture itself is made well. For the fire pit table, we love that it included the clear marbles, glass shield, and both a metal cover to protect the center and a plastic cover to keep it all clean. The fire pit table is also nice compared to other sets online because the propane tank sits underneath of it (not a separate unit) and it neatly stores away in an easy sliding door. The seller was very responsive, always replying within 24 hours, and helped us on two occasions described below. First, Amazon only provided one tracking number for the entire set but this set comes in several large boxes. The seller was very helpful in providing the additional tracking numbers. Second, we bought this set in April and within only a few months, we noticed the seat cushions were starting to show indents. I reached out to the seller and they immediately offered to reimburse me for replacement seat cushions. We really appreciated their willingness to immediately ensure we were happy customers and that the cushions were up to our expectations. Thanks so much! ... show more
