Oh how I REALLY wanted this tablet to work. I saw the negative reviews but overlooked them because I really had high hopes for this tablet. I take Piano lessons on line and there are videos on the website that I’m learning from. I chose this tablet because it’s LARGE and I wanted to see the lessons on the LARGE screen and thought this tablet would be the one to do it. Sadly that was not the case. Each time I tried to play the video the video would come on but very slowwwwwwww I tried several times to get it to work shut off the tablet turning it back on installing the app uninstalling the app you named it I tried it because I DID NOT want to let go of this tablet. Today I FINALLY gave up and ended up having to return it because it just wasn’t doing what I wanted it to do. Its such a shame to because on the outside its exactly what I wanted and needed to practice my piano lessons but on the inside, it just WASN’T WORKING out. So disappointed :(:(

I asked to refund it and the postage was international. I was told I had to pay for return postage. I emailed a couple of times advising it would cost me hundreds and was told they would put money toward return postage (I am in Australia and this was going to cost a fortune). I did not receive any specific info about this even though I emailed twice after they said the would put money towards the return postage.. The items itself seems really good, great size and colour. I wanted a refund as it was actually too big for writing, what I wanted it for. Shame it gets one review due to customer service.

Got it and noticed the even looked like it was bulging. Was warm and appears battery was swollen. Amazon wanted me to return it even though it was a fire hazard and illegal to ship in Canada. I ended up Just taking it To a repair shop and paying to replace the battery rather than risk a fire during shipment. Other than that It's very cool and works great.

I was very excited to have this product, but it has been disappointing in terms of usability/integration. If you do not have an Android phone, do not buy this product. It never screenshares automatically with my iPhone, I have to open an app on the screen, delete my phone from Bluetooth connections, and reconnect it. Then, it continually loses Bluetooth connections. My phone see this screen as a Bluetooth option, but it’s clearly an integration issue with this product itself and its software. Also, if you’re going to use this with the remote provided, it is very frustrating. You have to swipe multiple times with it to open the original screen and it’s impossible to scroll as expected. Clicks are also ignored. YouTube frequently freezes and you have to restart apps a lot. I wouldn’t buy this product again. The split screen functionality is the only thing I like and you have to use the touchscreen for it to work appropriately. So, if you use this as solely a touchscreen with android products, then you might have success with this product. Otherwise, I recommend avoiding it.

I ordered this monitor because it was a portable touchscreen monitor and was supposed to have a matte screen. I wanted to use it outside during the day next my pool to stream water aerobic videos. It has a very glossy screen, not a matte screen. I even asked the company before ordering if it had a glossy or matte finish screen and I was assured it was matte. I was so disappointed and had to return it. In the picture, the KTC monitor is on the left and my laptop that has a matte screen is on the right for reference. You can see how glossy the screen is. It is like looking in a mirror.

Tablet touch screen is poor quality I tried adjusting settings but still doesn't work correctly. It will randomly open apps while scrolling through app screen. At times where I can actually find the curser using the remote I can't control it, I tried adjusting settings but it still doesn't work. Want to use drawing apps? Forget about it this tablet is not compatible to any stylus due to the poor touch screen features, Overall this tablet only works if there is a computer mouse attached to it or a external game controller for gaming. Over all of your looking for a portable tv without remote then this for you! If your looking for a large oversized tablet then look somewhere else because this will be nothing but a DISAPPOINTMENT in all areas of quality. I will be returning this product it is NOT WORTH KEEPING.

This TV is completely not working and has multiple serious issues. The touch screen does not work at all. When watching content, the screen keeps jumping back and forth on its own, making it impossible to use. The remote control and mouse feel very cheaply made and constantly lose connection. Unfortunately, the return process is even worse than the product itself. The manufacturer provided a return label but refused to schedule a pickup. I followed their instructions and brought the TV to FedEx, only to be told that FedEx could not accept the package because the label had a hazardous mark on it. As a result, I had to go back and request a new return through UPS via Amazon, which caused significant inconvenience and extra effort. Despite providing all requested videos, proof, and return information, the manufacturer is now refusing to issue a refund and keeps asking me to “contact them again after they receive the item,” even though I already complied with everything they asked for. This has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. I do not recommend this product or this seller.
