KT tape is great. It works for athletic taping and covering blisters/hotspots. I like the roll better than the pre-cut strips. This allows more options for taping. Adhesive works well on dry skin.

I have used this for years and it always works. Many tutorials on YouTube.remember to apply 25% stretch per instruction videos. Hamstrings, ankles, shoulders, back, lumbar, cervical, sprains and strains. Love this system!

This tape comes off after your 1st shower with the tape on. It doesn't stick really good. Disappointed cause I had a bad injury I'm recovering from and tape from therapy stays on for 3-4 days threw showers and therapy workouts. Therapy tape is the best.

My physical therapist recommended these and I'm surprised how much better my knee feels supported and stronger when I'm wearing one. I started with the pre-cut ones and when they weren't available, I ordered the uncut roll. I've found the cut ones stay on longer without starting to peel off. They usually come off easily but occasionally can be a bit painful and I've had a few red marks that go away in a day. ... show more
