I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been great. Because of its size that goes past the disc brakes, it’s quick to put on and take off which is what I wanted whenever I leave my bike anywhere. I didn’t want to fumble around trying to put it in through the little holes in the disc. It’s also pretty loud and sensitive at least for me. I’ve had no issues with the locking mechanism as others have mentioned but I also live in a dry area. Be careful not to lock it and throw it in your pocket. ... show more

    • Theft prevention of scooter.
Heavy duty. Loud ear piercing sound. Will have to wait and see if it goes off. Neighbors know it's being parked for the winter. Depending on how you apply it determines if wheel can still spin even partially. Turns on automatically once pin is extended through brake disc.

It is the best alarm of all the padlocks that exist because its decibels are really the strongest in the entire market of this type of discs I would like to buy many modules of that alarm

    • Lock wont open cost me 150 dollars to get a locksmith to take it off
So i purchased this lock a few months ago for my motorcycle Aug 21 and I am writing this review Nov 21. I took my bike out to the gym and put the lock on my rear brake disc. I went to work out came back and the lock for some reason would not open with the key tried a number of times and it still would not come off. I keep trying different things and gave up and called a Locksmith to get it off. I waited over 3 hours before the locksmith actually came out and gave me a hand. The lock is destroyed and I put contacted Kryponite about a month ago and they have not reached back out. Stay away from this lock it is garbage. I wouldnt recommend this lock look for something in Update: The people have reached out to me about the lock first communication was like 3 months after the incident. They asked me to send a picture of the lock and key. Luckily I didn’t throw the lock away because most people would have by the time they got back to me. They said they would replace the lock and reimburse me for the locksmith. Sounds good but then they went dark for another 2 months and I didn’t hear from them till today 1/25/23. They still say they want to send me a lock but I don’t want s lock because this lock left me stranded for 4 hours waiting on a locksmith. I would recommend this product and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the customer service. Please take my advice be wary of this product. ... show more
