We purchased this for our backyard patio. It took my son approximately 3 hours to assemble. It is very sturdy, looks appealing and the material looks durable. Our height average is 5' 6", we love this set because it is comfortable for our height where our feet is not dangling off the edge. Has good compartment storage. Comment not related to the quality of product but more towards their customer service. They are great! This had to be delivered via FedEx because it comes in three separate boxes; A,B and C. The FedEx driver delivered box B to the wrong location. After several attempts with FedEx to try to make things right, they closed out my claim without really putting forth an effort to correct the matter. I contacted the seller, and they were gracious in addressing and promptly resolving this matter. They maintained communication with me throughout the process. They ensured that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Thank you!

This is a pretty well constructed set with better than expected cushions. They are water resistant and the covers come off for easy cleaning. It's not that difficult to assemble, but it will take a couple of hours. Shipping was very fast and came WELL before the expected delivery date. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the covers that are designed to keep you r cushions dry when in the storage corner or under the coffee table don't do a very good job. I'd recommend getting something a bit higher quality for that than what is included because the cushions WILL get wet if it rains hard, even when stored properly. Also, the included ratchet to used for installation works great (and is a HUGE improvement over trying to use an Allen wrench), but the metal is very soft and the tip rounded off before I was halfway done. I had to cut the tip off using a metal cutting blade on my table saw and then it worked fine for the rest of the job. Overall, I would buy this again. It looks great and was at a great price!

Loved that all 3 boxes came at the same time. Son put it together , by himself, over the course of two days, wasn't difficult at all. The set is beautiful. Wish cushions were thicker, but they are still nice. Love the storage table and the hidden storage compartment on bottom of table.All six cushions fit in the storage, and the table and storage unit come with a cover. Nice surprise! Sturdy, comfortable,and looks great on my patio.

FIRST, you need to know this set will ship in TWO boxes and most likely will not be delivered on the same day!!!! I received one and was not able to put anything together but the table!! I panicked!! Very responsive!! The next box came the next day!! Only one tracking number is provided through Amazon!! Do not panic! It is a beautiful sturdy set and worth the money! Size is great for small patio! I purchased the KROFEM 8-Piece Outdoor Patio Set from GLdesign, and it turned out to be the most frustrating buying experience I’ve had in nearly a decade of online shopping. The product arrived damaged—torn cushions, stripped screw holes, flimsy materials, and multiple defective or missing parts. Assembly was a nightmare. It was clear the set was poorly manufactured and not remotely worth the price. When I contacted the seller to request a return, they offered me $50 to keep the broken furniture. I even tried to be reasonable and proposed a compromise: a $200 refund plus replacement parts to avoid the cost and hassle of a full return. That request was ignored. Eventually, I was instructed to return the item—only to discover that shipping it back via UPS would cost over $1,200, more than the item itself. I was told I would be reimbursed for the return, so I paid out of pocket and sent it back. Even after providing full documentation, tracking numbers for all three boxes, shipping receipts, and multiple follow-ups, I had to chase resolution for weeks. The seller was evasive, and the process was incredibly time-consuming—over 11 calls and 11+ hours of my time just to get a refund for a damaged product I didn’t want and paid to return. The furniture is low quality, but the real issue is the lack of accountability and professionalism from the seller. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect silence, stalling, and a painful claims process. Avoid this product and seller. Spend a little more for quality and peace of mind.

Absolutely LOVE this patio furniture. I had looked at other brands and styles at places like menards and was going to be spending closer to $1k! For this price we got good quality furniture that holds up well. My family has a few members who are 350+ pounds and they were nervous to sit on it but I assured them it was good and and they loved it as well. Doesnt sit too low and is sturdy. So glad i went with this set. And my husband said it was easy to put together!

The set fit perfect on our deck. We did have a problem in assembly. The screw holes in part A were stripped out. I notified the manufacturer and in less than a week I had a new part A and new screw pack. They were very helpful and prompt. Assembly is easy with 2 people but 1 person could probably do it. Take your time and follow the directions especially with tightening the screws halfway for alignment purposes. The set is comfortable and well worth the money and that comes from my wife. Of course I agree.
