    • Great product and great customer service
Color: Brushed Bronze Size: 15 1/8 inch Style: Kitchen Faucet & Filter Faucet
I recently upgraded my kitchen with the Kraus KPF-2620-FF-100BB Oletto Pull-Down Kitchen Purita Water Filter Faucet Combo, and I couldn't be more impressed with both the product and the company's exceptional customer service. Firstly, let's talk about the faucet itself. The design is sleek and modern, adding a touch of elegance to my kitchen decor. The pull-down spray head offers convenient functionality, allowing me to easily switch between stream and spray modes for various tasks. Plus, the built-in water filter ensures that I have access to clean, great-tasting water right from the tap. But what truly sets Kraus apart is their outstanding customer service. When my faucet arrived, I noticed that the unit had a few scratches on it, which was disappointing. However, I reached out to Kraus customer support, and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They immediately arranged for a replacement unit to be sent out, no questions asked. The replacement faucet arrived promptly and in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with it. Not only does it look stunning in my kitchen, but it also functions flawlessly, delivering water with ease and precision. Overall, I highly recommend the Kraus KPF-2620-FF-100BB Oletto Pull-Down Kitchen Purita Water Filter Faucet Combo to anyone in the market for a high-quality kitchen faucet. Not only will you get a top-of-the-line product, but you'll also have the peace of mind knowing that Kraus stands behind their products with exceptional customer service. ... show more

    • UPDATE: NOT GREAT ANYMORE, Great except the installation design. Stabilization issue with some sinks
Color: Spot-Free Stainless Steel Size: 21 3/4 inch Style: Commercial Style
Review Image by Frank Gates Frank Gates
I finally got around to installing this faucet. It’s beautiful. But as most people have mentioned, it’s mostly plastic. The MAJOR problem is the design of the installation. It’s works perfectly for a very heavy duty sink such as cast iron or even counter top installation. But beware if you own an older, builder grade stainless steel sink, this faucet is not for you. It’s heavy. The two tiny 1/2 moon shaped “clamps” only grab onto about 1/4” around the hole of the sink. Your sink will bow and the faucet will lean if the sink is made if thin, builder grade stainless steel. After I installed this faucet on my builder grade sink, the faucet literally leaned at about a 45 degree angle. Enough to put a crease in the stainless steel sink. I’m blaming the faucet only partially because it could have a much better mounting system that would spread the weight more evenly instead of only over two 1/4” sections. Mostly it’s a problem with cheaper quality sinks. And I say this simply because many people out there have basic builder grade sinks that they are trying to jazz-up with a new faucet. It’s a great faucet other than the design of the installation. Due to the faucet weight, they should have made and included a stabilizer plate to go under the sink. Delta makes a universal stabilizer plate but I decided to install a new, higher quality sink. UPDATE 3 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION I was really loving this faucet AFTER I installed a new heavyweight stainless steel sink. But the little moon-shaped tabs that hold the entire faucet onto the sink BROKE for no apparent reason other than possible vibration of the disposal. When the new sink and faucet I went ahead and installed a new, high end, super quiet disposal. The disposal purrs it’s so quiet. There is actually no vibration. But the disposer was running when the faucet broke off. Under the sink lies one of the tiny, pot metal moon-shaped tabs, BROKEN off. This is just unacceptable! Seriously do you now how panicked we were! The water running, the disposer running and all of a sudden the faucet falls toward the interior of the sink, squirting water everywhere? I’ll be asking for a refund and buying a faucet with a different installation design. As you can see from my photo, these two tabs are all that hold this heavy faucet to the sink. As much as I liked this faucet I can’t honestly recommend this. It’s just too dangerous if it were to fall off and seriously hurt someone. ... show more

    • Streamlined Design with a Few Trade-offs
Color: Brushed Brass Size: 15 1/8 inch Style: Kitchen Faucet
The Kraus Bolden Commercial Style Kitchen Faucet boasts a sleek design and was surprisingly straightforward to install, earning full marks for ease of setup (5/5). However, the value for money aspect sits at a middling score (3/5), as the faucet, while aesthetically pleasing and functional, doesn't feel as substantial as some of its competitors in the same price range. The sturdiness could be improved (3/5), with the faucet showing some signs of movement when adjusting the spray head. Nonetheless, its features, including a dual-function spray and an all-metal build, make it a worthy addition to modern kitchens. ... show more
