It does not get marked by water spots like our old matte black that never looked cleaned. We've had this for about 6 months now. I like the look of it and the finish seems good, no wear marks on the handle or sprayer from daily use. The spray function returns to normal if you turn it off, then back on again, and does not stay on with a low flow. The biggest issue I have is it does not return to the holder automatically. If you're used to the ones that do and either accidentally drop it or miss when you return the handle to the holder, you're probably going to get sprayed. The springiness of the top will send it flailing. It's happened enough that I'm looking for a new one. No real qualms about quality, no issues installing. The hose length is adequate and on par with others. If the lack of retuning to the holder isn't an issue, it's a nice faucet. ... show more

Read the one star reviews and believe them. Had this since 2021. The installation tip is to remove the screens at the bottom of the two water lines before connecting them to the water supply. (You’ll need to use Teflon tape on the connection to prevent leaks.) Otherwise, these screens can clog and you’ll spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find the low water pressure problem by taking the spray wand apart and the cartridge out. I’ve never heard of having screens in the water supply lines. This is bad design since the spray wand screen would normally catch particles. The other thing is that the spray wand switches from spray to stream all by itself. Only got worse over time. Also have a Kraus bathroom faucet and have to replace cartridges every couple of years due to leakage. The only saving grace for Kraus is that they honor their warranty. You just have to call the company and wait. ... show more
