Easy to install and very functional! The most difficult part was getting the old Moen faucet out, but once that was done, this installed in 20 minutes. I really like the black/stainless finish because it looks modern without being audacious. The faucet itself does a few things I really like: the water comes straight down from the faucet, so no wonky angles of water shooting out all over the place, the switch from spray to full stream doesn't require full pressure to stay in spray mode, and it automatically switches back to full stream when you turn off the water. Best of all is the ability to hose down the sink without having to pull out a long tube to get to the corners; the spring boogies around the sink easily. ... show more

This faucet has a 2 flow settings. Straight and stream. No splashes and has a smooth flow. Some people complained of how the hose becomes loose. Yes, it does and all ypu do is pull it out gently and it retracts to its own. I love the coil design. Have had for months and no issues. We had a plumber install it without issues. Love this faucet! Renovated my kitchen and this is the faucet we chose. I love how it’s on a retractable hose and the spray and stream switch are right where your hand rests when using for easier transition. The knob for hot/cold is on the side so it doesn’t interfere with anything in the sink. It’s beautiful! We just bought and installed this faucet yesterday. It looks amazing and feels heavy and durable. The only part that doesn't seem like it would be durable, is the button. Its plastic and sounds cheap when you click in on. Other than that, we are super happy with our choice.

This is a long term review five years after buying the faucet. It looks and works great, but after 5 years the switch between jet and spray stopped automatically returning to jet after each use. Not a big problem, since the switching between modes still worked. However when checking my order for the part number so I could order spare parts to repair it I noticed it had a lifetime warranty. a couple of emails and a photograph of the batch number sticker attached to the cold water line and they send a new head which took less than a minute to install and now I have a perfect faucet once again. I hadn't considered this faucet as it looks a little funky, but the 5-star reviews forced me to look into it. I then bought the stainless version and installed it today. One thing I noticed was the quality construction and fit and finish over a cheaper product I had tried (<$100). You could tell right away the braided hoses were beefier, the lock ring design for the main shaft was a better design (brass lock ring with two Phillips screws to secure the adjustment and prevent it from loosening - no cheap plastic material). The design of the Kraus also facilitated installation. Bottom line is you get what you pay for, but the price is not crazy stupid like a Moen. As for function, this type of faucet design can't be beat, because you can swivel the gooseneck from side to side easily, so you can move it out of the way. The faucet handle is designed with a 90 degree sweep so you can install the faucet with little clearance to the back wall of the sink. And of course, the nozzle detaches and you can pull the hose out up to 2 feet so it can reach outside the sink. What I really like is the shower feature of the nozzle because it has very good pressure so I can use less water since I don't have to open the faucet handle more than 20% of max. I was lucky because even though my house is 80 years old with an old sink, the nozzle of the Kraus aims exactly down the center of the drain after I installed it! The high water pressure of the nozzle spray helps to clean out the two sink screens I have so they don't clog so often anymore (like every 3-4 days they get clogged with food scum). ... show more
