Because of the price, I was worried that the quality would't be there. We went ahead with it, because we're hoping to renovate the kitchen eventually ... if we love the faucet, we'll keep it. If not, it will tide us over. Happily, it has been impressive so far. I'll update if anything changes. The design is thoughtful; the build quality is solid; the temperature cartridge seems as good as any; the finish is perfect. And, unlike some faucets, it was designed to be very easy to install. The mounting nut is solid brass, and has a couple of screws that let you do the final tightening with a screwdriver—something you can easily fit into the tight space between the underside of the sink and the wall. The hoses and connectors seem like good quality. I like to spend as little time as possible crawling around under a sink, and Kraus has made my life easier than they might have. The hose extension works smoothly. The spray button is designed to reset on its own to regular flow. A nice touch. My only complaint is that the spray head itself is made out of plastic, not the confidence-inspiring plated brass of the rest of the faucet. But it's good quality plastic (ABS) that probably won't break. And Kraus seems to be a real company with customer service and parts availability, so if something breaks you should be ok. Finally, it looks great. Like a classy version of the sprayer you'd use to powerwash a mountain of pans in the dungeon a of restaurant. We really like the look of this faucet. We are DIY noobs, and found it pretty easy to install. The hardest part was removing the old faucet. We also bought the matching deck plate. A few complaints: 1. The extendable nozzle appears to be made of plastic; a little worried the finish will rub off over time 2. The touchless sensor is hit or miss; we've only had it a month and already had to change the batteries - we rechecked all of the connections and they seem fine 3. I cannot for the life of me find the optional AC adapter for sale anywhere 4. The counterweight fell off once - this may be user error I'm not sure this faucet is worth $250, but it's pretty nice compared to what we had before. ... show more

Replaced a Moen from 2008 that I could not get a replacement part, as you can see it had 4 separate accessories, most new Faucets do not, this replacement had the most reviews with 4+ stars. Very easy to install and reasonable priced, my wife loves it, I also purchased caps for the unused holes.

Kitchen sink is updated with a higher and easier to move faucet. The instructions were easy to follow. I had some difficulty in installing due to our garbage disposal being in the way. Otherwise, it was pretty easy.

I'd been struggling with kitchen sink ergodynamics and bought this on a whim on Amazon one day based on how it looked. I was worried it would be too big and would dwarf the sink, but because the apron front sink I have is so big, the faucet matches its size perfectly. What I love about this faucet is it is incredibly versatile and flexible. The hose comes out and stays in place as an arch out of its holder. And the faucet head, even when placed in its holder, can bend about a half an inch in any direction--and stay in place, giving me an extra inch here and there in any direction when I need it. The rubber gasket that goes between the faucet and the sink was mis-shaped, and somewhat distorted. We used it anyway, but someone boxing the unit for shipment doesn't give a damn and just let it go. However I do like the unit.
